Loved this place so organized and friendly they helped me with my pickup order with ease and help my children pick out games of the individual interest
Had and issue and they went beyond helping me to fix it. The manager called me to make sure everything was fixed
Disappointing Experience at Best Buy
I recently had a troubling experience at Best Buy that I feel compelled to share. During my visit, I encountered staff members who were not only unprofessional but also exhibited behavior that I found to be disrespectful and inappropriate.
Unprofessional Behaviour The cashiers seemed more interested in making jokes and laughing at customers than assisting them. This created a very uncomfortable atmosphere.Inappropriate Comments I overheard management making derogatory remarks about customers within earshot, which is completely unacceptable. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated in any retail environment.Creepy Interactions Some staff members had visible hickeys, which made the overall experience feel less professional. Their demeanor came across as creepy and uninviting.It was disheartening to see customers being made fun of in front of others. This kind of treatment reflects poorly on the store and its management.
I hope that Best Buy takes these concerns seriously and addresses the behavior of their staff. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism.
