They’re only getting one star for two reasons… 1 is because the girl at the front door greeted me very pleasant and helpful. The other reason is because you don’t have an option for zero stars.
My laptop won’t turn on so I have geek squad a try. Big mistake. Call to make an appointment and right off the bat I get the annoying automated, hi tell me how I can help you today. Ugh. Associate… Representative etc nothing. Call ended. Call back, after 5+ min of talking to myself I get somebody from the store who connects me to a geek squad representative by the name of “Jennifer “ who although very nice , I could barely understand. Nonetheless, after another 5-7 minutes of questions, mostly about personal information ,makes me an appropriate for that day. Great. I get there and person that was assigned to help me offered me two options. Send it out to Kentucky for 100 dollars since they don’t repair them there which the lead time could be 4-6 weeks just to find out the problem and if they can repair or to throw it out and show me what they have in stock to sell me another one. They could have told me that over the phone and saved me two hours of my time. Horrible unacceptable and I’ll never step foot in there ever again.
Poor selection of cameras to try
Called about 10 minutes before going to the store to see if they had an item. They said yes. As soon as I get to the store they denied the phone call.
