I do not understand why a Best buy wouldn't have any bags what so ever, with the heavy rain outside today any item would be damaged. An electronic retailer should know better, I should not have to beg for a used bag or a trash bag to protect my purchases. Corporate needs to send supplies to store 545.

I purchased a galaxy S26 Ultra from Verizon (big mistake should have purchased from best buy like in the past) facebook didn't transfer to new phone and needed verification security that i didn't know how to do. Shawn had it all fixed and had me back in my account quickly. Shawn was very helpful and professional as well as took time to answer my questions. Great job. I also went 2 days later for another problem regarding my voice mail problem. Peter was very helpful and tried to fix problem but can't cause my free account from Verizon won't work. It's a Verizon problem.

Horrible Store Manager. Recently purchased an open box osmo pocket, 3 but when i tried to bind it with my account it already belonged to someone else and it was not letting me bind it unless the previous owner deletes it. Tried to get an exchange but they said it’s not possible. Ended up getting a refund and had to spend extra 15 dollars to get a new one shipped in 2 days which was not my fault that it came like that. Pretty upset
