Don’t buy open box from this location. They stuck an upgraded open box sticker on top of a “good” rating sticker, then fought back at me when I caught what they had done. I stayed and waited 45 minutes for their supervisor who was laughing and hanging out downstairs when I finally left the desk and searched for him. Their behavior was fraudulent and unacceptable. They claimed that it just had a couple scratches and dings, but the computer had been tampered with and has had a catastrophic MB failure. A thousand dollars down the drain and the laptop only worked 10 times.
An independent repair shop refused to even try to repair it noting that it would cost hundreds if not thousands to repair.
BestBuys excuses were numerous. The girl at the desk was watching a movie on her phone for the entire 45 minutes that I waited and nobody cared. It’s the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.
