Unmotivated staff who goof around and won’t help customers. The interior is unkempt and disorganized with trash on the ground.

The pricing system at this store is completely broken. The price displayed on the shelf did not match the price scanned at the register, and they tried to charge me more money.
I communicated with the staff and management twice today to resolve this, but they were extremely rude, dismissive, and flatly refused to honor their own advertised price. Zero customer service and an awful attitude from the team. Total waste of time, avoid this location!
As a consumer, I have completely lost confidence in Best Buy's open-box grading integrity. If your own register and box labels contradict each other, it feels like a deceptive bait-and-switch. I have saved ironclad photo evidence of the receipt, the "Good" label on the box, and the floor tag to prove this complete lack of standard.
Avoid this store if you expect honest pricing and professional customer service. Extremely poor experience!
