Disappointed. Went to buy a Nintendo switch 2 last Friday. My girl goes to get a staff member. Teo, The staff member, tries to upsell us by asking us if we want games, controllers, a case to carry the switch 2. It felt normal and I understand the hustle. Then we go to the counter. Teo asks us if we want protection. Explains why. I understand and I don’t want any problems with my console so I go to get it.
The situation goes downhill after Teo tells May know how to get us 10% off. It was a weird comment but I was interested. Teo then tells me to put my income and social. I then realized Teo was trying to sign me up for a credit card without disclosing he was doing that. Meanwhile this is happening, Teo gets a call from someone. Teo is talking to them while Teo is selling us the switch 2. It was awkward. He was trying to rush us into signing up for a credit card again without telling us. Teo was trying to force me into a credit card. Teo was trying to rush me in every part. The last was the signature and for fun I wanted to read it. Teo kept yelling to sign quickly, to sign quickly and hit accept. Teo was hovering over the screen where the terms and conditions was talking about signing up for a credit card.. he just wanted me to sign. And then I hit declined and said I don’t want to sign up for a credit card. He said that’s how you get the 10%. Oh so now you want to say you get 10% discount when you sign up for a credit card. You never disclosed that to us. I told him I don’t want that. Teo looked very annoyed and we bought our switch 2.
Teo seemed very unprofessional. Having a phone call in front of a customer and trying to sell us something while having a conversation. Is your attention to us as you’re on your shift or to the person you’re talking to on the phone? Going to report this to FTC. What a scammer. If he tries to scam me into a credit card, I wonder how many other people he has tried to scam or did scam. Elderly people wanted a discount and cheaper prices but he does not tell them what they’re signing up for. Not marketing emails or a free Best Buy profile. But a scam

Excellent toileting facilities for when you're busting on the go
I recently went to this Best Buy to buy a tv and was greeted with the best customer service ever. 10/10 recommended!
