This store and company are a complete joke. I went in and bought an open box TV, which means it is not a brand new tv, however they guarantee that it is in working order. There are varying levels of issues with open box from missing parts, to scratches, etc. They bring out the tv within the box, and tell me the only single issue with the TV is that its missing its stand. I did not care because I was mounting it on the wall anyway. I asked 10 times, is there anything else wrong. They said no. I said can you please take it out of the box so I can just make sure, and they said, "no, I have asked too many favors of the staff today, they are going to get angry with me if I ask again". I bought the TV, brought it in an Uber all the way downtown, and hired a task rabbit to mount it. The task rabbit installs the mount, and when he goes to put the tv up, he says the power cable is missing. I immediately call Best Buy to tell them thinking they would quickly send a new power cable. The only solution they offered me was to reeturn the entire tv for a refund. So after spending $100s of dollars to move it and install it, and after Best Buy sold me a faulty item, the only solution they offered was to drive it back to the store and get a refund, and I would eat the $100s of dollars in travel and install costs. They will not budge nor provide any single other solution. This place is a complete joke, and the staff at the store is completely and utterly useless. You walk into the store and not one person comes to help. Every employee is on their phone texting and does not care at all about helping the customer.
