I want to warn you of the staggering ineptitude of Best Buy and its third-party installer, Installs Inc. I thought ordering a dishwasher from the Best Buy that’s a block or so away from my apartment would be the fastest, most convenient option. Boy, do I wish I had a time machine. After multiple missed delivery windows, Installs Inc just reported that the dishwasher was installed. Since then, I have called Best Buy customer service to correct the issue every day for nearly two weeks. I’ve spoken to multiple customer service agents, texted support, reached out to the Geek Squad, and had my complaint escalated, all to no avail. My time on hold has reached double digits. My request is simple, bring me my dishwasher or cancel the order. Release me from this hell. I might never escape this endless cycle of torture, but you can. Let my mistake serve some good. Look elsewhere for your appliance installation.

As I am obsessed with phone accessories, I searched prior to coming to NYC on where can I get the best deals and great quality phone accessories and this store was nearby. I felt a bit disappointed because they do not have much plus the staff are not that accommodating. It’s normal for customers to ask questions especially nowadays, everyone’s recommendations are on social media but they won’t answer your questions but instead will let you answer your questions by looking for the answers yourself. Maybe not all branches are like this one.
Staff are just having chats with colleagues.
