Hay variedad pero no hay buenos precios
Worst Customer Service Experience I ever had. Congratulations it is hard to be that poorly managed!
Today I went to an appointment with the Geek Squad at the 86th street st in NYC. And I received the worst reception and support I have ever received in my life. The employees were sitting with no other claim and even so said I had to wait because I was 1 minute ahead of my schedule time. Then they didn't even looked at my face while talking to me in a way I couldn't even understand.
Not to say that I bought a $1,600 computer that is not working after 1 month of usage and I just discovered on the spot that it was past the 15 days return period. And That's it, all the information they shared, and none I could find before booking this appointment and wasting my time
I am not returning to the store or Best Buy. This is literally a class on how not to treat a client or run a business.

App order and in store pickup were smooth. The staff at the pickup area were very helpful. Best Buy selection, product availability, and in real life support are exceptional.
