Absolutely pathetic experience. Made a pick-up order and paid for it. After the delivery deadline passed, I had 5 chats with different support agents who are obviously not in the US and one 30-minute call that was just dropped, each of them inventing their own reason for the delay—from "picked up by a different customer" to "never shipped from the warehouse" to "it is already in store, go check." The order was later canceled with the reason "you requested the cancellation," with the item no longer available and no substitution offered. The suggestion? "Wait for it while it reappears in stock." Expect zero customer service when buying here.
Update: Oh yes, and all the reponses in those chats were AI generated "we fully understand your concern" bs. Look at their reply
