I predict in short order this location and chain closing. You couldn't pay me to shop there, money refunded over $200 for a case I never got WEEKS after the purchase, a logistics horror show that's 100% avoidable, not complaining, taking my business elsewhere

I had a frustrating and thoroughly disappointing experience at the Best Buy on 14th St, largely due to the inefficiency and unprofessionalism of Natalia from customer service. I entered the store intending to purchase a drone (which was out of stock) and exchange my iPhone 16 Pro Max screen protector under the lifetime warranty with ZAGG. After spending an hour and 10 minutes in the store, I left empty-handed, frustrated, and questioning why I even bothered coming in the first place.
The experience began with an agonizingly long wait in the customer service line. Natalia was handling two customers before me, but the pace was so slow it felt like an eternity. Noticing the growing line, I politely approached her and suggested she call for assistance since she was clearly overwhelmed. Her response? A dismissive “just wait, and I’ll be right with you.” Meanwhile, the line continued to grow, and I had no choice but to sit off to the side, weary from standing.
When it was finally my turn—after she skipped over me and called the next customer in line—it was clear Natalia was not equipped to handle my request. I explained that I needed to exchange my ZAGG screen protector under the warranty. Instead of first verifying the SKU to ensure the exchange was correct, she told me to remove my current screen protector. I insisted she confirm the product details before proceeding, which she begrudgingly did, only to discover it wasn’t the same product.
What followed was a series of dismissive and condescending remarks, including Natalia insisting, “this is what you’ve been getting all along,” despite my repeated clarification that it was not for the same device. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for my concerns left me utterly discontented.
Ultimately, I left the store with nothing I came for: no drone, no replacement screen protector, and certainly no sense of satisfaction. Instead, I wasted over an hour of my time dealing with unhelpful and inefficient service.
Best Buy needs to seriously reconsider how it trains and staffs its customer service department. If Natalia’s performance is indicative of the level of service customers can expect, it’s no wonder lines grow and frustrations mount. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Fui por una laptop. El vendedor atento, me explicó diferencias entre modelos.
La demora estuvo cuando fue al depósito a buscar el equipo, demoró unos 15 minutos en regresar.
Lo demás fue sencillo.
Tiene buenos precios, pero recomiendo preguntar si el producto que uno quiere, está disponible físicamente en la tienda. Algunas cosas sólo las muestran pero están en otra tienda, o son para compra online.
