Tuve que pedir el producto en caja. No había quien atienda en fotografía. Me dió la cámara un empleado con muy pocas ganas.
I visited this shop on Monday afternoon, January 27, 2025, to purchase a short-term SIM card. I was told by the staff at the entrance that the checkout counter could help me with that. When I inquired about the available options, the Hispanic woman at the ground-floor checkout counter provided incorrect information, which I later confirmed at Verizon. Not only she didn't seem to have the knowledge, she was incredibly rude and dismissive of my questions. Overall, a very disappointing experience at this store.
Gerard and Cynthia were extremely helpful in helping me decide which MacBook Pro to go with for my business needs. They were very knowledgeable and patient with setting me up for the no-interest financing on my purchase as well.
Avoid Best Buy at all costs. Bought a Windows laptop that failed post Windows 11 update. Geek Squad was condescending and unhelpful, insisting it was fixed when it wasn't. Phone support was equally terrible. When trading in, they promised one value over the phone but offered much less in-store, only in gift cards. Best Buy sucks - truly a customer service nightmare.
