This store is A complete disaster from its leadership to its workers they don’t seem to know what they are doing. I would advise anyone looking to purchase anything to do it at the union Square location or do it on Amazon. These people will not help you as bad as the store is equally is the customer service online

One of the worse stores i ever dealt with, incompetent employees work here. Extremely disappointed in the customer service.

The worst experience. I ordered a TV and it waiting for it to be installed and after two weeks it was cancelled.

This was probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I asked around five different employees for assistance, and not a single one was capable of answering any of the simple questions I had about the product I wanted to buy. Finally, the man who helped me — I wish I knew his name — left me wondering whether he was completely high or simply rude and had absolutely no interest in doing his job. I wanted to compare two products to decide which one to purchase, and he actually told me that I should ask ChatGPT instead?!?!?! After spending 15 minutes on my own comparing both products through ChatGPT and finally making my decision, he then tells me, "Oh, by the way, it's not in stock anyway." An absolute waste of time and a staff full of incompetence.
