While I was in NYC for 10 days, I bought 4 things in 3 different best buys (spent 5k+ in total), and this is the worst one of them. I went twice here (because it was the closest) and both times they had the worst employees, the wait time for first time was 25 minutes and second time almost 30 minutes (7 people in queue and only one employee working while the other was just standing there and goofing with the other).
And funnily enough, they didn't have a bag BOTH times. Those folks at 5th Ave and on the Union Square are professionals in comparison to these amatuers. Unbelievable that 5-6 encountered employees were bad, slow and moody, like they don't want to live let alone work there.
I'm never going to this Best Buy again. Maybe I'll stop going to BB all together. My friends are visiting in following days and I advised them the same.
