I had a specific camera product I needed to purchase, and the only staff who had the capability of supporting camera related customer service (I asked another staff for help and they said he was the only individual who had the ability) just told me “it’s in the camera section, it’s all over, if it’s not there it’s not.”
The least he could do as a customer service personnel is to look up the product in the database or at least direct me to a shelf where it would be. Not direct me in the large vicinity of the entire camera section and return to looking at his phone.
Isn’t it their job to try to sell product? Is it the staff’s incompetence or the manger who’s letter the staff behave in such way.
Visited June 4 between 1:30 PM and 2 PM. Had a mask on, had dreadlocks. Apparently the only individual staffed in the camera section.
