Go to see tech in person. It was a bit of work to get helped as most of the staff was too occupied talking to each other and not offering to help customers but I still prefer to shop in person for some items, not just online. Even though the experience has declined in recent years.

Bought a TV online open box in excellent condition. It didn't come with the remote or stand it should come with. Employee giving it to me also didnt verify that it was the correct product. The employee who grabbed the TV claimed he checked it. Brought it 50 blocks home just for it to be completely unusable.
