Aldığımız ürünlerdeki apple care iade etmek istediğimizde bizi gereksiz yere yanlış yönlendirdiler. Bir İade işlemi için bu kadar uzun süre beklememeliydik ve uğraşmamalıydık. Buradan ürün almak yerine direkt olarak apple store gitmeniz daha iyi olacaktır.
It is a normal best buy store
Terrible customer service. We walked in ready to buy an Apple Mac and knew exactly what we wanted, but the staff seemed completely unwilling to help us.
We waited for 20 minutes in the Apple section. The employee there just kept saying he was waiting for someone else to come help—he seemed totally helpless. To make matters worse, the woman at the Click & Collect counter was super rude to my partner. It honestly felt like the staff actively didn't want us to buy anything.
The only saving grace was the folks downstairs, who were super friendly, but the upstairs experience ruined it. We ended up leaving without buying the laptop.
To management: If you want to actually sell products, you need to improve your staff's availability and attitude in the Apple section. Leaving two helpless employees up there with no option but to make customers wait is a terrible strategy.
