I was looking for a specific item. In asked 3 employees for help where to find what I needed. I don't know was pointed in 3 different direction by 3 different employees for the same products. The same three employees that huddled by the escalator seeming to have a normal friendly conversation while they were watching me run up and down the aisles and when I approached them and asked questions they didn't know anything about the products they said they had to call the department specialist. I am a huge fan of best buy. This is when I am actually in a store and not purchasing online. I've always experienced top-notch service and Best Buy. I guess Best Buy in New York City is a different ballgame.
I've never written a review before, but Ricardo was such a pleasure, I just had to. They were kind, informative, and helpful! Thank you!!!
Some little teen in the front can’t hear any of my questions because he’s on a call with his boyfriend having headphones on. Take them off next time and get off the phone.
