I came in to buy an external hard drive today, and the store associate tricked me into signing up for a Best Buy credit card. She told me I was signing up for the rewards program, and when I asked why they needed my social security number, she said it was just for security purposes. I caught wind of it halfway through, and she continued to insist I was just signing up for rewards. I told her I didn’t want to move forward, and she told me to sign and then she’d cancel it. An hour later, I got an email from Citi Bank saying I had successfully applied. I had to call them and wait on hold to cancel it. I’m so angry, I can’t even express it. You don’t mess with people’s credit like that! This is why people don’t shop in these stores anymore. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy over the years, but I will never buy anything from this company again. Stay far far away from this location!

Fui a comprar un celular liberado para cualquier compañía. Y la atención de la empleada fue muy pobre y con apuros. No tomo tiempo. Solo dijo este es, es tanto. Y lo cobro sin ninguna clase de explicación lo cual ingerir en si tenía otros colores y si lo podía usar en otros países. Me despacho rápidamente. Eso es todo.
