Today I bought tv in this store they asked me about my information like social security number my address without telling me why until I find I m going to apply credit cart best buy I canceled everything because they didn’t explain in the first why all that

The restrooms were out of service.
I purchased an item online for regular price but was given a used item instead. I had used a coupon and my total was only $7.00 but when I brought it up to the employees they said that used and new were the same price. I showed them my purchase online as well as the different prices and the manager came and looked and told the employee, "what, do they want it for free?" I told him that doesn't matter, the issue is you are selling used items at new prices and expect me to fall for the scam. In the end, I got a new item but this is not the first time best buy has tried to scam me. Check your items carefully.
