When it comes to good deals... come here to shop
I've never bought anything here, but every once in a while I drop off my electronics for recycling. The staff are always friendly.
One unusual thing is they have a guard or something at the door when you come in, who always asks you the purpose of your visit. I'm not sure if it's to make it easier for customers to find what they're looking for or what, but I always have to explain why I'm there to this guard, and then to the people at the registers..
The employees were all very helpful other than the managers who were rude and unprofessional, I'm thankful for the other employees but those managers definitely do not lead by example.

Had a terrible experience today at store #8204 in Patchogue, NY. I ordered some galaxy buds from the Samsung website for store pickup. Turns out my wife would be in the area instead of me and I ended up swamped with work instead. I called ahead and asked if it was ok for my wife to pick up and I'm told no problem. I sent her down with my drivers license, the original credit card, screenshot of order confirmation, and both Samsung and Bestbuy order #s.
Of course they refuse to release the item to her. They tell her I have to reach out to Samsung to change the person. I reach out to Samsung and they tell me only bb can help. I call back bb and after explaining the situation I get hung up on. So now I have to push back a meeting I have to drive down to bb. I pick up my headphones and ask to speak to a manager to inquire how their policy works and can prevent this in the future.
It only gets worse here. A shaky and scared looking little Chihuahua of a man with a name tag Omar comes up. I ask for his last name and he steadfastly refuses to give it to me. Omar rolls his eyes a lot while he's spoken to. He offers no help and refuses to accept any accountability. Tries to rush me out.
It's pathetic that the management selected doesn't have the mental capacity to make a small and easily verifiable judgment call. Not to mention these children entrusted with the profitability of the store are incapable of any level of accountability.
I'm donzo with BB after this experience.
