Here’s your Google review, keeping it real, balanced, and genuine: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ AJ and the Team at Best Buy Patchogue Turned It All Around My wife and I came into this location for a second visit and honestly, we came in frustrated. Our first experience left a lot to be desired. My wife had purchased a new TV for our new home and was upsold a soundbar that didn’t even fit the TV properly. On top of that, the mounting of the soundbar came with a separate cost that was never clearly communicated at the time of purchase. To make matters worse, she was sold a video-less Ring security system when she had clearly expressed interest in a camera system for our home not sensors. The installation team was cool and we have no hard feelings toward them they had a long day and were doing their best but at the end of it all, we did not get what we paid for and we left the first visit feeling unheard and taken advantage of. That all changed on our second visit. From the moment we walked in, AJ one of the supervisors stepped in and stepped up. No runaround, no excuses, no making us feel like the problem was ours. AJ along with another supervisor above him handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make things right. We came in upset and annoyed and left with exactly what we originally wanted and more importantly, we left feeling respected as customers. That kind of service is rare and it does not go unnoticed. Because of AJ and his supervisor (her name starts with a T), this will now be our go-to Best Buy. You two restored our confidence and we truly appreciate your time, your patience, and your commitment to making sure we were taken care of. Thank you both.
