Boy Best Buy's glory days are behind them. People are still great but the stores just don't have that vibrance they used to have. I don't necessarily want to leave a negative review, I just don't really have a positive one anymore, either. Used to love it here.
Would give a 0 if I could. Always out of stock on what I need including batteries. Cashier and customer service very short and rude. Always "can't help you" unless you are buying an apple phone. Go to Bayshore.. much better store and worth the short trip.

So I just purchased a MacBook here and I would say the customer service was good I was shown the options I wanted to see however I would say they do try to upscale you a bit. I got a MacBook Air M2 chip and was tried to upscaled to purchase an M3 chip. The M3 chip has a better performance but not as exaggerated as they made it seem and also would not matter to me since I am just a biology major. 2nd the guy tried to get me to purchase an AppleCare plan for $180 for two years. I asked the guy is this my only chance to purchase it, he clearly said yes. I went home guys brought apple care for their $65 annual plan also while looking at plans I seen a plan for $180 for 3 years! point is do your own research because these guys have quotas to reach.

I actually go out of my way to go to this best buy. Greg the manager is great and takes the time to get you with the right people.
