Been going to Best Buy for 20 years (appliances, TVs, electronics, games, etc.) will never shop there again. Return policy is horrible, much better off buying online or from Costo. Bought a piece of camera equipment that broke after two uses but since it was outside of the return policy (I tried to return after 21 days) they refused to help, no return, no store credit, no exchange.
Will be advising all of my family and friends to stay away. Hope it was worth it to them over a $60 store credit.

Never new they had a crazy return policy 14 days. We had a blizzard and tried to return something that was unopened and not used at all never left my car and they said sorry two days late but for 50 dollars you can join our club and then return it. Definitely left feeling used and will stick with buying my electrics from Amazon.
