I looked online prior to going it clearly said that they had the product I was looking for when I got there I asked for the product I was told that they did not stock it when I showed them on their own computer that they had it in stock they told me they didn't have it I went to someone else in the store show them on my phone what I was looking for they went and got it I asked if all the parts were in this particular box and they said it all came in the Box got home they gave me the wrong one very disappointed in the service

Been going to this Best Buy.... Probably over 15 years. Unfortunately the original manager Steve left many years ago to another store.
I can't say Best buy is doing anything wrong considering the age we live in but when I was building my theater room Steve the manager was always there walking the floor and we became friendly.
Just like Steve his other employees were fantastic, personable and really knew what they were talking about.
Now I find it to be very short staffed, employees aren't as helpful or knowledgeable as they used to be but like I said earlier it's the times that we live in.
Regardless it is still my go-to store for electronics as I buy everything from them.
I do recommend Best Buy and will continue to purchase my electronics from them.
