Best Buy Patchogue

Service was horrible. Ordered a fire cube on my Best Buy app at 6:50 pm and said it will be ready within an hour. Proceeded to head to the store and walk around. At 7:40pm I went up to the pickup window and asked if the fire cube was ready, the associate proceeded to say it doesn't look like they have it in stock. I already saw they have 2 sitting on the shelf. I walked over to the shelf, picked it up and brought it back to the associate. He then proceeded to say they have to wait for it to be picked. I continued to wait. At 8:08pm Tava asked me for the information on my order, processed to scan the barcode then she said they cannot find the order. After waiting over an hour and getting the run around from these associates I ask her if she would honor the original purchase I paid on the on the app for the inconvenience. She proceeded to say no she cannot. I then cancelled the order and left. The worst customer service I've experienced at Best Buy

We went to Best Buy today to pick up a printer and a new computer for my mother-in-law. Sultan K Was amazing, so kind very helpful. It’s so nice and a breath of fresh air when you get a representative in Best Buy that is really willing to help and do what’s in the best interest of the customer. He wasn’t just doing his job. He was Going above and beyond!

i had a really great experience at this best buy. i went there to purchase a television set. I wished to purchase a Toshiba and seent it advertised online as 50 inch for 180$ round abouts ... i arrived about 30 minutes prior to closing and was greeted at the door but the guy that greets people at the door. he asked if I needed help but I figured I'm buying a tv its pretty straight forward ... well i couldn't find any Toshiba television sets but another guy eventually came over and checked on me and we got to talking. turns out they had more stock in the back . I didn't think places still kept stuff in the back because nows a days whenever a place is out of something and you ask if they might have more in the back the answer is always inevitably "everything we have is out on the shelves" clearly those people at those other kind of stores are just lazy and this guy here was the man cuz he hooked me up with a 55" television set for the same price I was expecting to pay for the 50" its not like the other one had some amazing display I was missing out on for this price point there all the same 4k uhd but only 60 hz etc. my only condition was I don't want the Google TV because I hate Google . so I here I am reviewing on Google maps the best buy dude that hooked me up with the television set with the roku instead of the Google ... the guy just did his job but he was very helpful and found what I was looking for when it wasn't out front. it was a good deal on a modern television set with adequate specifications and the operating system I wanted . all in all I was quite pleased with the whole experience and I thought best buy was going to be expensive and have nothing I wanted in stock but they came through with exactly what I wanted in stock ready to go that night with 20 minutes left before closing and all the staff were very nice and helpful .
