Best Buy Patchogue

Bought a very expensive Sansung TV. A little over 2 weeks after I set it up the TV won't turn on even though it was working the night before. Go to the store and they say I didn't buy the extended protection so past 15 days they won't replace it or even offer credit so it's on Samsung to fix. So basically was sold a garbage TV and have to hope that the manufacturer can hopefully permanently resolve the issue or I'm out almost 3 grand.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Anthony at this Patchogue location, who was absolutely amazing. Anthony went above and beyond to answer any and all questions regarding the product, delivery & installation, credit card services, promotions, etc. It was close to store closing, but I was able to open a BB credit card, purchase a refrigerator and will certainly be back for more. Have always had good experiences at this store!

I called the store up to ask questions about the ring doorbell video camera. I was looking for no drill mount doorbell video camera and the gentleman sent me a link on my phone to the product that I was looking for. I asked several times if he was sure that the product he was showing me was the correct thing I was looking for as I was going to be placing the order through door dash. He assured me that it was the correct product. I placed the order and received the product that the worker had told me was the product I was looking for. I get the product and unfortunately the part that made it a no drill mount wasn't in the box which I was told that it was. I asked the gentleman that work there several times am I going to be able to just take it out of the box and use it right then and there I don't have to purchase anything else etc and he said everything I need is in there. So needless to say when I had to make another purchase to get the part that I needed I was not a happy camper.
