My TV crapped out on me. Needed a larger TV that wouldn't break the bank. Did a lil research and saw one I liked at this best buy. Went in sales guy was great. Had a deal on another TV I didn't know about. same size lil more $$ but half the price of retail. Few more features too. Sold. Sales guy gathered it up loaded it in and off we went. Only 3 stars as it's on pare with most retail places. Sales was good but not enough to warrant more than 3.
