The thing with every item I buy from Best Buy....There seems to be a quality issue. Minor flaws. Most people wouldn't notice at first but they will break after a few months. I had two segway scooters from best buy and both times the battery went out in less than a week.
Both times they treated me like I was a scammer or abusing the return policy.
Both times they tried to sell me the geek squad protection plan to have the scooter serviced or repaired. Like what protection plan? The thing broke in less than a week ? Why do I need a protection plan? Isn't there a warranty? I ordered a segway scooter from the segway website directly and it works flawlessly. I don't know what's happening with Best Buy.

I am an avid Best Buy customer and truly love this location but my most recent experience showed me why I will only be coming back to the Rego Park location. Nikolas was a tremendous help and went out of his way to ensure he not only got me everything I needed but to do so quickly and efficiently. He really showcased phenomenal customer service and I couldn’t be more appreciative of his help and support.
