Target is the main attraction at this complex Best Buy has recently moved to Rego Center. They have a paid parking lot and street parking.

This review is for the Bestbuy store at Rego Park, NY. According to FedEx tracking, this is where the shipping originated from. I am disappointed in their customer service sales associate. Instead of a shipping box, a paper bag was used to ship a tablet that could have easily been damaged. The paper was already ripped by the time Fedex delivered it. As if that was not enough, the Amazon Fire tablet box was already torn in more than 1 place. The box was also dirty. It is unbelievable that a Bestbuy associate shipped this to a customer. I initially submitted this review on Bestbuy website but they did not post it, they deleted it from my account and did not even bother to contact me.
I believe Bestbuy can do better by training their employees on what customer satisfaction is all about.

Had a great experience. Came in for a few items and was helped by Hugo, Remy and Mike. They were all extremely helpful, answered all my questions, showed me different models and helped me get the best deal on all the products. They even helped me get my new TV out to the car.
