Don’t ever shop here. I waited around watching multiple people avoid me when I was trying to buy a laptop.
The last person asked me if I needed help, I told him what I was looking for and then left.
This place will never get my money again. They lost a MacBook Air sale.

I encountered a big issue today when picking up my order. The store refused to accept my NYS ditigal poto ID on my NY DMV phone app. Certainly I was unhappy and disappointed that I had to go home to get my driving licence and came back.
To be fair, the Best Buy pickup order instructions are indeed unclear to customers and would need to be revised for good business practices to indicate no ditigal government IDs be accepted by Best Buy or to consider adding language or notes to such effect. Doing so would eliminate the general interpretation that "government issued photo IDs" must include accredited ditigal formats the issued by any governmental authorities such as DMV.
I reflected my concern to the store manager.
