I came in early November 2024 to drop off an ancient ipad for recycling. The entrance person directed me to some counter. Counter person said he thought there is a bin outside (none that I can see) but was nice enough to take it off my hands. I thought it would have been nice if they more prominently display the waste tronics bin. Hopefully this BB location stay alive longer than the old location in elmhurst. Edit: Another issue I find is, the alarms get triggered so easily. Played with a camera and it went off when I picked it up. When I walk by some tables an alarm sound goes off. I mean, wtf? How do you expect customers to buy anything with this level of paranoia?

Good store, terrible delivery by UPS. I decided to write this review as UPS messed once again resulting in incredible loss of time and resources. Will try to avoid UPS delivery-using online sellers in the future. Trouble is too much to make it worth.
