This is the worst Best Buy! I bought $3000 TV and when I came home it did not work. It was defective. It’s a 77 inch TV so I asked someone to help me take out of my car. They were giving me the hardest time ever did not want to help or assist they told me to go to the store where I bought it from When I asked manager where does it say that I cannot return it here he have nowhere to prove it or back it up when it was time to buy something from them they were the most nicest people, but when I came to return, they did not want to take it or help me. I definitely will complain to corporate about the store and about the manager that claim to be name Jovanee. Which I think is fake.
