I have been in Riverhead store yesterday to buy a new cell phone. The customer service I got from the staff there was really disappointing especially from one Mr Kyle who was even not sure about whether he is staff there.Actually he was insulting me. I wish someone from the leadership team could give him proper in-service about how to behave with customers. Very disappointing guys.
Completely incompetent on the phones. These people know absolutely nothing about the products they sell and don't even seem interested in helping anyone. Should not be working in customer service. Shannon and Carlos, Horrible!!!!
Hard the most horrible experience with this Best Buy and Geek Squad. They completely screwed up my phone and transferring my Iphone 13 mini data, impossible to contact, 45 min drive each way for me. They take no responsiblity but will take your money. 2 weeks later, Apple recovery and still sorting out the mess they made.
Drove for an hour to recycle my 50” TV and when I walk in the door the man at the front says that it will cost around $60-100 for them to recycle the TV. This is NOT what the Bestbuy website said. It says it’s only $29 to recycle a 50” TV. The man gave bad information and was very rude.
