La Atencion muy mala estaba comprando unas tablets para regalar a varios niños pobres me dicen que venden 3 por persona fui con mi familia para comprarlas . Compramos unas en la tienda . Otras las pedi en lines para recoger pero cuando voy a recogerlas me Trataron como si fuera un ladron que la compra era fraudulenta me lo dice el manager me cancelo la compra por que le dio la gana. Le digo que la compro el efertivo y tampoco que a mi no podia vender nada donde cada producto nuevo que sale voy a comprarlo alli.Me siento driminado por los vendedores y manager de esta tienda . Muy lamantable creo que no saben que se puede comprar por otras tiendas online como amazon y muchas mas que piensen un poco como estaba la tienda hace unos 10 años y como está quedando a estas fechas . Es lamentable

The manager Anthony was so rude to us because we were 3 people and paying 3 tablets each for my restaurant and he said that we can do that and he said that if we don’t buy only 1 we had to leave.Is the first time this ever happened to me and all my years buying in Best Buy

"I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer and rewards member for years. Recently, I purchased several items, including a Samsung Book 4 Pro and Galaxy Watch 7, under the impression I could request a price adjustment if they went on sale. Unfortunately, when I tried to do so after the sale, I was informed I had missed the 60-day window by a few days due to circumstances beyond my control. Despite my efforts to resolve this through customer service and corporate, I’ve had no success. I truly appreciate Best Buy’s products and services, but I hope they can improve the flexibility of their policies for loyal customers like me."
