Best Buy in Riverhead NY sold me a damaged IPhone 14 Plus with a degraded battery. I went back several times and told them it would not hold the charge. They sold me a new charger. I finally went to Geek Hampton who told me the battery was degraded and the phone was not fixable. After buying a new phone 16E at Best Buy, they told me since they could not charge the old phone there was a 50% chance of losing all my data, as they were unable to transfer the data from the old phone to the new phone.
I am a 77 year old woman, and I found them to be not only incompetent but unapologetic and a real hassle to deal with. Do not trust them.
I will never shop there again.
