Went to buy a laptop that I researched online. Said online that it was available at the store, but when I got there, salesman said he had "just sold the last one". So, it had to be shipped to my home. That was OK, bt I could have ordered it online myself!
I had the best experience at the Riverhead location purchasing a 55in TV!!! JP the manager was very knowledgeable and so helpful. Spent alot of time helping me decide on the best TV for my home situation by explaining the differences in each TV and very honest in answering all my questions. I left with an appt for them to install my new LG in 3 days. !
