I made an appointment with geek squad and they could not fix my screen the day I went in with my appointment I had made. I was told to come back the following day at 5:45pm and he can fix it. I rush out of work, go in and the SAME guy says he is busy and can't fix it. The service was TERRIBLE. Doesn't even offer a next day just says you can leave your phone with us. I am NOT leaving my phone with you since you aren't even reliable with service you promised. Clearly need better staff communication I don't have time to keep coming back with false hope of them actually fixing my phone.
