Worst customer service ever. My computer was fried and they wouldn't take fault for it. I had to take it up all the way to corporate. I dropped my computer off in January and I still don't have it and no one will answer their phone.

Staff when I could get them were helpful. Generally seemed understaffed. Same guy greeting was cashier and order pickup person delaying checkout.
