Big store but I can never find what I need
Terrible customer service , they sold me a fake phone. They sold me a demo phone can you believe it but yes, it’s true , and I came from Syracuse to buy the phone. I took it and come back to them. I told them how you sell me a fake phone. You need to give me the real phone, they refused it and the customer service that I talk to , He yelled at me and raise his voice and he was so rude and it was interesting to me because he was anger to me instead of me anger to them and they just said we can only give your money back and I said how about my 6 hours driving 2 times and paying that much money for gas and you guys just Refund me ,that’s it ?you need to give me the damn real phone. They said we don’t have that phone. I said if you don’t have that phone why you sell fake phone in your website? this is ridiculous. This is the most terrible Best Buy I’ve ever seen. Customer Service is just horrific.
