I have come to this Best Buy multiple times this month to get my computer repaired and they have returned it with ether the same issue or new ones. For example, I had the computer shipped out for hardware related issues but when it returned. They stated it was only software and when I booted the computer. The errors appeared again which resulted in me sending my computer off for another two weeks. Finally, after a month of getting it “fixed” it came back today but I can’t even check that it’s been fixed because it won’t let me sign into it anymore and any recovery attempt fails do to it being unable to connect to the internet (the option is literally no longer available). This has just been beyond frustrating because I need this computer for my studies and I’m still unable to use it. Furthermore, this compute isn’t even a year old and it cost me $1,500 for specific parts which I can no longer use do to these persistent problems

Very disappointed. I purchased a remote car starter for my daughter’s 21st birthday and scheduled to have it installed as a surprise while she was out of town. When I arrived at the store I was told it couldn’t be installed due to “ not having enough technician's, one called in “ and I should have gotten a call which I never did. I drove all the way from Syracuse and wasted time, gas and toll money. Hopefully my refund goes through.

Bought a Dell monitor it was easy, staff was very helpful
