Worst experience of my life. Been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Bought all tvs, laptops, computers from here. Bought a 77' samsung TV most recently that stopped working 45 days after purchase. I called bestbuy customer service who referred my to samsung. Samsung technician took 2 weeks to get to me. Told me the TV was fried. When i went back to bestbuy, they claimed i was outside 60 day refund period and nothing they can do. If customer service alerted me of the 60 day period initially, i could have exchanged. Customer service is terrible, and employees in the store are useless. I'll be taking my business to PC Richards.

Why I will NEVER do business with Best Buy going forward.
Purchased a tv in-store Thursday with the rep named Tom. Tom FULLY understood my grandmother’s sight is bad and needed the brighter tv display. He got us a great deal with a HISENSE U8 mini LED 2023 75 inch model for an awesome price! Paid and It will be delivered 10/1 Tuesday…
Fast forward to today Monday 9/30/24 the day before delivery. Best Buy called (what I assumed was to schedule delivery) but instead called and said the tv is “no longer in stock” and won’t be. They then tried to bait and switch with a lower end Hisense A6 model that had a horrible brightness/ display. I said absolutely not you can honor the 2024 model that is the exact same display or find the 2023 model.That is on Best Buy for not having it. Stated they would be unable to do so. It’s either A6 or 100 dollar credit for a different tv. I stated I got a sale price for the U8 with the mini led for my grandmother I did NOT PAY FOR THE A6 with LOW END RESOLUTION. all back and forth since this 11am this morning. They then proceeded to tell me if I did the A6 I WOULDN’T EVEN HAVE IT BEEN DELIVERED TOMORROW, I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK FOR IT. Absolutely disgusted with Best Buy corporation and workers. Sale or not I paid for the HIGH END tv not a BAIT AND SWITCH SITUATION. This isn’t a car dealership it’s a TV I came to experts looking for. Not even a courtesy call the day after purchase to let me know it was out of stock… unacceptable

This store has failed me for the last time - the customer support is pathetic. I called to get a price to get a battery replaced for an IPOD touch 7th gen. The representative could not give me a price. He stated we had to make an appointment to meet with the Geek squad and they can give us a price.
I have to make an appointment and come to the store to get a price to change a battery in an Apple product that they support?
No thank you - best of luck Best Buy (should be called worst buy). I will not be back to your store.
