The reps were very helpful and seemed to understand what we needed.
WORST customer service ever. Bought an open box TV with the added geeksquad protection. when I installed the TV at home there was a constant flickering. I called best buy and they told me to take it back to this store so I could receive a return. when I went in and tried to make the return, they REFUSED, told me the damage could have happened after installation and I cant get my money back or even store credit. never buying anything from best buy ever again.
