I’ll never be back to your store….i was there 2 days ago and was told I could have a 43” TV delivered and brought upstairs, and they would recycle the old one for $60 but $200 to hook up the cable box. When I went back today, I was told they don’t deliver and UPS would just drop it at my door. I asked if they could deliver on Friday was told no, can’t change the delivery date…then I asked if they could process the order tomorrow for delivery on Friday.was told no again. I was also told if I wanted installed it would be $150, then I was told it would be $200. Manager was rude! I’m a senior citizen with a fractured back…

Honesty, their buy online and pickup at the store is an absolute game changer. We only waited 2 minutes before someone came out and verified us with a pin. Fast and Efficient. I will be buying again since I do not like to wait on delivery. I was able to buy same day and pickup in 1 hour.
