Friendly and helpful staff
We need more Best buy's support your local business had a very good experience with the sales rep
Went with my buddy to buy pokemon cards and because we came in together, they limited us to only one purchase, not per person only one. So I missed out because of a totally unenforcable policy. For now on if you and a friend are trying to let get limited merchandise go separately because apparently paying customers are getting limited by smarmy minimum wage soliders
Also they tried to have us sign up for a credit card in order to get a second one, absolute scum

Terrible experience today 3/22 around 2PM. I had called the store and they said they had 151 Pokemon booster bundles. I’m on the line at the customer service and I see they turned down 2 people saying they had no pokemon cards. I said I had called and they lied to my face and said that the person who told me that was incorrect. Idk another employee approached and said to give me one. They had stock and were just telling everyone no. My cousin comes in and tells me hi. Different household and he had texted me they had stock. He went in to try his luck too. Manager was not having it name was allegedly Randall/Rendall. No one had name badges. Here is when it went down hill they refused to sell me and my daughter one claiming that my cousin was part of our family unit. Which was not the case refused my attempts to give IDs. The kicker comes in they would let him have one if he took out a credit card. Apparently they would give 2 if someone applied for a credit card. So he was able to purchase only if he applied for a credit card. At this point I’m thinking employees are hoarding the items and denying people purchases so they can buy. Even worse they could be picking and choosing who to sell to as I saw them deny people before me saying they were sold out.
