Poor selection, nobody willing to help, and am absolutly disappointing return policy

Terrible. Checked out the laptops to find one I wanted to buy. Tell the guy I want to buy it and he says that they don't even have it in stock. Tells me that another location has it in stock. Go to the other location and in the time between leaving the first location and arriving at the 2nd location, they raised the price $100. Went back to Setauket to tell them what happened and they were useless. Left me waiting and waiting and ignored me. Manager wouldn't even come out. Eventually, the guy told me that they wouldn't honor the original price, even though it was their fault they didn't have it in stock. I will never go back to Setauket Best Buy and doubt I will even go to any other Best Buys anymore because of the games they play and how they treat their customers. Wound up getting the same laptop from B&H Photo for $50 cheaper than the new Best Buy price after they raised the price but $50 more expensive than their original price, which was a scam anyway since they didn't even have it in stock and then raised the price right in the middle of the day. Also, I did try calling the store before needing to make another trip back there and you can't even get anyone from the specific store on the phone. They only route their calls to their main headquarters or something. Super poor customer service.

Tell your “Professional IT Rep” Kyle that getting the 1TB SSD did indeed make my mac run 100x faster by wiping it and installing Monetery. I mean, it’s his job to sell so I don’t blame him.
Guy who actually worked at the store didn’t question me and kindly opened the case to get me the drive. Good looks brother. You saved me 2k.
