Waited over an hour outside for my preteen son to get pokemon cards. Over 50 adults in line and hes the only kid. They tell my son he can't buy the product himself with his own money hes been saving.

As useless as it gets. Pre ordered a phone with them. Rep told me I could pick up on March 11th with no issue. It was delayed and I am trying to find an estimated timeline when my ordered would be available, best buy customer service don't know, their chat support representatives (4 of them) keep copy pasting same answer over and over again without providing any solution, called the store and the lady told me she doesn't know anything about their inventory or order delivery. Very frustrating.

The guy at geek squad with pink hair heavy set and nails done was so rude and with his sassy attitude because i think i interrupted his dinner did not provide any help or support. I feel scam by the suppose warranty. My laptop broke after 4 months. Never again best buy
