Despite living less than 5 minutes away, I haven't been to Best Buy since COVID. I don't even know if they're still good. Regardless, 5 stars.

Sold me a locked watch, went to return and they were very short staffed. I was helped but multiple other costumers complained they'd been waiting over 30 minutes for help.

What horrible customer service. I went there with my mom to buy a new washer machine. Not to mention that we were going to spend $900 for one. They are bunch of young kids working there who none of them care about the business. They made us wait more than 30 minutes. I begged for help and none of them helped me. One guy at the counter said he would help me and then he went on with helping someone at the register. I went next door and gave the sale to Home Depot. Their loss.
