I really love browsing through this store when I’m looking for new tech. They have everything from the latest gaming consoles to really nice headphones, and it is super easy to compare models right there in the aisles. I usually walk out with a new gadget or at least a really good idea of what I want to buy next. The staff is generally pretty knowledgeable when I have technical questions, though it can sometimes be a bit of a wait if the store is packed. It is my favorite place to get hands-on with electronics before actually making the purchase.

I'd like to give a humongous shout out to Regina B. At the 2795 Richmond Avenue best buy Staten island location. My grandsons Nintendo Switch had issues and Regina B. IMMEDIATELY, AND I MEAN IMMEDIATELY SOLVED THE ISSUE. AGAIN AND AGAIN, WE APPRECIATE YOUR ASSISTANCE.

The staff needs to be trained by an adult. Some are very polite and try hard while others are straight up rude. The Geek squad sent me to Verizon to finish transferring data to my new phone which confused the Verizon staff..." Geek squad should have known how to handle this". I'm going to New Jersey next time...the toll is worth it to avoid the nasty Staten Island mentality.
