“I had a very disappointing experience at this Geek Squad location in staten island I’m 56 years old and always I buy insurance on washer and dryers this time they came in and they said they have to pay even it was under the warranty how are you and the entire process took far longer than I was originally told. There was little to no communication during the wait, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get updates.
What made things worse is that I was charged for a service that should have been covered under my protection plan/insurance. When I questioned this, the explanation I received was unclear and didn’t make sense. It felt like they either didn’t understand the coverage or weren’t being transparent about the charges.
Between the excessive delays and the unexpected costs, this experience was frustrating and not what I expect from a service I trusted. I strongly recommend double-checking your coverage and getting everything in writing before agreeing to any repairs here or what I could tell, you don’t even try to buy from Best Buy because their insurance is fraud
