So I ordered a TV and a surround system to be put in my living room. I told the salesman I am donating the TV to a church because the TV was only 3 years old. So I will have them pick it up the night before all was good. TV donated . The day they were supposed to come two hours before I get a called the gentleman installing got sick. Okay things happen. Here is where they pissed me off
They tell me earliest we can install the TV and surround sound would be a week and a half later. So I said I have no priority? No the lady told me on the phone. So I canceled the order. I went to PC Richards . I had next day service. Best Buy lost my business
I will be using PC Richards for my electronics now.

They don't answer phone calls. No head manger. VERY POORLY RUN. They say free delivery and then the order comes by fedx.they sent me the wrong A.C. unit and they refused to send someone to pick it up. ABSOLUTELY A DISGRACE OF A BUSINESS,,,, DON'T SHOP HERE.
