This franchise has gone downhill. Barely any pc inventory and the workers seem to not care about customer service. You don't even get a greeting at the door.

the kid that helped me was nice but not too bright. we had to make suggestions that he should have been saying to us. but he was kind while being slow, so that's good I guess. this was the geek squad counter to be specific.

Staff was very kind but best buy as a company still disappoints. Sold my partner a returned ghost of yotei ps5 with the ditgal game bundle he bought online. Game bundle wasnt in the box though it was advertised it was and the controller was defective. Came in after being told we can exchange it (the controller itself) only to be then told we couldn't. Bought a controller because it's not really the employees fault. They have polices to follow and that's what it is.

Always great experiences with the best buy. I went to get ink for my printer and was in doubt about the size but a young lady swiftly cleared my doubt and led me to get what I needed for my printer. I learned a mmnew thing from her explanation of the number of the ink.
