If i could give 0 stars i would but unfortunately i can’t. Tried having gas range delivered 4 times and no one shows up calls or even when it says it’s going to be delivered it never shows up. Not sure how incompetent people can really be but it’s a joke no costumer service or care in the world wouldn’t recommend doing business with Best Buy a day in my life.
I went in today to buy a drive, waiting for one hour and get no help from any staff inside, they just work there for salary, they don’t care about their customers, Best Buy managers should pay attention to their employees working attitude, they don’t care about customers services.

Friendly staff, but not knowledgeable it seems unfortunately. Been waiting 2 MONTHS just to get my a new power supply & STILL waiting for them to fix my blue screen of death on my PC. They couldn't even find the reason why my pc has blue screen of death SMH. Any other actual pc place would've gotten this simple job done by at least 1 week. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE service SUPER long wait time...canceling membership

Genuinely would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went to return something online that online states “no restocking fee unless opened” and the package was unopened however it DID NOT COME with a tape piece sealing it. The manager acknowledged THAT MOST OF THESE ITEMS DONT COME WITH THESE TAPE PIECES, and then still proceeded to tell me that it was opened by me and there is no way that we can prove that it hasn’t been opened, EVEN THOUGH THEY DO NOT COME WITH A SEAL. I then told the man that I did not use it and it came like that, and he CONFIRMED most come like this and still wanted to charge me a restocking fee. Worst customer service.
