Worst best buy I visited low in staffing , u wait forever until someone help you, and some of the staff seems just passing time

My desktop Dell tower crashed after 13+ years and I needed a new tower ASAP to ensure there is no interruption when WFH. I entered the store 40 mins before closing (not by choice) expecting a rushed service. My experience was the complete opposite. Narine, a Consultation Agent from the Geek Squad handled my endless queries with patience, intellect and also compared different brands, models, just to ensure my purchase met all my required needs to work from home. He exceeded my expectations, and I walked out satisfied, as he ensured my tower fell within my budget. His demeanor towards me, knowing the store was minutes from closing was nothing short of elite customer service. Not only did I purchase my tower, but I also purchased the "My Best Buy Total" membership and donated to Best Buy's Teen Tech Foundation. All because Narine provided me with excellent service. His wonderful demeanor should be modeled. PJ, another Best Buy employee assisted with ringing me up and explaining the additional logistics and I couldn't be more grateful for this experience.

Prices are very good, service is getting better. I am back after a while.
