Our washer and dryer is down and went in for replacements. Purchased set and all installation equipment and parts necessary
As they said can't use any of the hoses and parts we currently have. Told it would be delivered Friday and someone would contact us with a time. Nobody called. Nobody came. Found out that the delivery was scheduled for 2 months after purchase. Why would we purchase something we need now for 2 months for now. Supposedly out of stock and nothing can be done except to go back to the store. Already waited from Monday to Friday, now need to start over and our credit card was already charged the day we purchased. Normally out of stock items get charged when shipped. Extremely frustrating. Stay away

This store forced my 82 year old father to run his credit for a credit card! He went in for a home phone and the girl chantea basically harassed my father until he applied for the card. They must make commission or something cause whats the benefit of having him get the card for that. She also didn't explain to him that he was opening a card until it was time to put his ss, because he started the process he felt obligated and pressured to complete it. I need to speak to the manager at this location and let them know about the poor practices. Chantea needs to learn to not take advantage of vulnerable customers.
