Frustrating Experience with Best Buy Customer Service
I ordered a dashcam on December 18 with the expectation of receiving it within two days. However, after three weeks of waiting, I still hadn’t received my order. When I reached out to customer service, I spent an entire hour in chat, only to be given vague responses. Eventually, they suggested that I visit a nearby Best Buy store for assistance.
After waiting in a long line at this store in Valley Stream,NY, I was hopeful for a resolution. Unfortunately, when I explained my situation to the employee, he dismissed me, claiming he couldn’t help without even listening to my concerns. Despite showing him the chat transcript where the customer service team directed me to the store, he repeated that he couldn't assist me. He was keep helping other customer without paying any attention to me. When I asked for alternatives, he curtly stated that no one could help because my order was made online.
This is the second time I've faced such poor service from Best Buy in the past two months. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a company disregard its customers and fail to fulfill its commitments. I expected better from Best Buy, but this experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.

As someone who has shopped at many Best Buy stores. I can confidently say that if you want some of the best insights for your next technology or appliance purchase, this is absolutely the place to go
