Staff was helpful convenient
They sell items that they have to know are broken, damaged or defective.
After making a 10:20am appointment with Geek Squad Valley Stream location, I arrived 10 minutes before my time only to be told by the Geek Tech: that my appointment had been cancelled, he showed no concern for my time and never bothered to inquire what my issue was. This is the 2nd time that I’ve had negative experiences at this place so I’ll find a different place to conduct business, this is an awful place indeed and customer service is not important to them.
