This was an absolute horrible experience. The television manager Mike Ortiz and staff, Jay, were incredibly unhelpful. We were not greeted at all, the young man behind the counter, Jay, was somewhat understanding but still callous and despondent and did not move with any urgency whatsoever. The manager Mike, left mid transaction/ conversation with no assistance in finding a solution. We were told our total tech plan had expired, we never received any notice about this, they were unable to look into what happened, and very nonchalant. “It wasn’t our fault” but it sure became our problem. We purchased a TV, and realized that the one they were planning on giving us was in a beat up box with an open box sticker that was pushed to the front. No thank you. I will never spend money at this establishment again. Even the managers seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing and the whole experience reeked of, “customer service is the last of our concerns” this was a truly disappointing experience. If I could give the television department a 0/10 I would. I do not recommend.
Shout out to the one individual Demetri in the front who was kind and helpful! He offered to help take the TV to the car and worked with us to pick a new TV, that was not beat up looking.

OK location. Came here just to pick up an online order. Store was pretty busy, probably due to the upcoming holiday, however not many associates on duty at the time
