Bought a tv with a protection plan about a week in a half ago. The tv was damaged when purchased which caused more damage after assembly. I called Best Buy customer service and explained the situation and they said to simply return the tv and it could be exchanged. Upon arrival at customer service at Best Buy they refused to exchange it. Couldn’t even get my information which the lady I spoke to on the phone was able to get in a couple seconds. The costumer service lady in store was awful. Wouldn’t recommend. If I could leave negative stars i would.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the store is spotless and inviting! They've got everything you could possibly need. I was on the hunt for a case for my new iPhone, and guess what? They're the ONLY store in the area with cases for the brand new iPhone 17, since it just just hit the market. While other stores are still waiting to catch up, this place is already on top of the latest trends, fast, reliable, and totally in the know!
