Very positive experience. I needed to return a new vacuum & exchange it for a lighter one. Each customer service representative I encountered were very courteous and professional!!
After three separate visits, I received five conflicting explanations regarding my service plan and the device's specs. Ultimately, the sale was blocked. I am extremely confused—is this 'fraud prevention' or simply a failure in customer service?
