Headset had only been used 15 days and it stopped working, wouldn't take it on return for a different brand.

My PC suddenly started saying it had nothing to boot over night. This place only had one person on their Geek Squad. After having to wait around for an appointment, they didn't even take a look inside for any possible more minor issues before deciding my harddrive was dead. They then told me that to replace the harddrive, it would cost about as much as just buying a new PC. That's a $500-$700 service fee simply for putting in a new harddrive. Terrible.

kid acted like he just wanted to talk on his cell phone and not help out customers...I damaged by Verizon prepaid cell phone and wanted a replacement still with Verizon..kid said here is total by Verizon it is the same as Verizon totally wrong...where does best buy hire these people from...i will definitely research before buying again at my old reliable best buy...
