Josh Goodwin at this Best Buy in Watertown, NY just saved our week. I left my power cable for my new Dell Inspiron 15 at home and we were traveling to Canada from Florida. He was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. He's a very intelligent young man. He quickly identified a reasonably priced replacement and patiently helped us test it before we left the store. I was not surprised at all when he replied to my question about his future that he was studying criminal justice.
