Alan was very professional and kind after the first Best Buy we went to wasn’t able to help us. He was patient and provided us with a better outcome than we thought was possible. Thank you Alan for great customer service!
I purchased an LG dishwasher through Best Buy. On the day of delivery, the installer called to say he was 20 minutes away. An hour later, Mr. SOS calls and says their truck broke down and they will install the dishwasher two days later. Then, two days later, they called to cancel because the dishwasher was in the truck that is being serviced. They wanted to set up another installation date 3 days later. I told them and Best Buy to cancel the order. I ordered the same dishwasher through PC Richard and installation is set for tomorrow, which is also a Saturday. Because of Mr. SOS Installs, I am done with Best Buy for good. They will be out of business in two years anyway.
