I just had a simple request OTP due to the fact that I was unable to reschedule, cancel, or contact anyone regarding my online TV order. I called and politely asked if he could reschedule it to 10 or 11am next day and he searched up my order and confirmed that it’ll be rescheduled but…someone still picked it up and delivered it later on that day at an inconvenient time. Just baffling and intolerable.
Lazy rude clueless staff that would rather play on there smart phones then acknowledge potential customers. Will just order on Amazon for now on.

Used curbside pickup today. It was fast and easy.
I've always hated Best Buy. I don't know why. But I finally went in because I had no choice. The staff were polite and prifessional and helpful. And the price was better than I expected. Oh, what I've been missing!
