Customer service and prices are very bad
It's a Best Buy and has all the gadgets and gizmos an above priced tech store should have. That said just because it's "Best Buy" and has been around for years does not give their employees a reason to be untrained and rude as Customer Service Representatives of such a well established Company. I went to this store to pick up a Printer for my GMA for cheap, all she does is black and white docs so a $60-$70 product was just the right fit. Unfortunately 45 minutes later I had been passed by 13 employees and ignored by at least 4 more trying to get one of them to get the boxed printer from best buy storage because I couldn't find one, yet I then noticed a couple plain clothes associates watching me, well I was pissed at this point and told a manager who seemed to not care either. I hate giving bad reviews and always try to find something good but this experience was a lot more stressful than most.

Best buy is slowly going out of business. I love best buy but it's a sad atmosphere and empty.
