Usually don’t post reviews for big stores. But I felt it was necessary, since JD was very helpful and accommodating. You can definitely tell he cares and takes the time to ensure the customer has all the info. He went the extra mile each time!
Great job, Best Buy. You need to keep this guy if you know what’s right. Tough to find people who care in this workforce these days. You’ve got a great one there.

Lewis was instrumental in replacing my phone and was very knowledgeable and kind.
Was lied to by Geek Squad and their website about coverage for a device recently purchased. Very deceitful business practices. Do not purchase into their rewards program for coverage. When you pay up front for a year they automatically cancel your coverage even if you pay for the entire year up front and your year of rewards is still active. A predatory scam to encourage leaving auto renewal active and to take your money. Left in the very fine print of the rewards program disclaimers. (Even though I was told otherwise by the employee that coverage would stay active for duration of the year in the event of turning off or canceling auto renewal) Never doing business with this sham of a business again.
