We came in on 2-23-26 and Kevin aka big red was absolutely awesome. My iPhone 16 pro max was obliterated and I was extremely emotional about losing things on my phone. He was very helpful in showing me I wouldn’t lose everything and helped tremendously in explaining how it couldn’t be fixed but would be able to order a new one! We left very satisfied that night. When I got home I checked with my service provider and found out I wouldn’t be able to use the new phone. My husband called that next day (2-24) and spoke with Colby. He basically told my husband that since it had already been shipped he couldn’t issue a refund and that there was nothing he could do, and with that he hung up. When my husband relayed the message I wasn’t too happy. There was no explanation or anything of what COULD be done. I immediately got online to speak with a live agent to get answers. She stated that something absolutely could be done and that what Colby had said was incorrect. I’m assuming since he’s a service repair agent that customer service isn’t his strong suit. My husband called back today as I’d received an email that the phone had arrived at store. Again when my husband called he spoke with Colby. Today (2-26) he issues the refund. I’m still very upset over what my husband was told on 2-24 and it was extremely unprofessional. We never should’ve been told nothing could be done and left it at that. I’m positive if Kevin had been answering phones the 2-24 phone call would’ve been WAY different. We love Big red he gets 5/5 stars. Colby gets 1. Huge shoutout to Kevin for being awesome at what he does!

I made an appointment with Geek Squad Geek Squad tried to fix my computer in front of me then he said he had to take it in the back and plug it into the main computer. He brought it back out and said it doesn’t work. You can’t return it because you’ve owned it for six months and you have to take it to an Apple authorized special place to get a new motherboard and I was like what I just spent $3000 on this computer are you kidding me and I’ve only used it three times so anyhow I go home and he totally wiped the software off my computer and now I’m in limbo. I gotta take it back and try to convince them to do it to fix what they broke on my computer. Geek Squad waste of money.

The manager with ponytail and glasses allows people to cut huge lines and even with wittnesses still let the guy do it and did not care at all even with 40 witnesses
