Best Buy Boardman is the BEST , Geek Squad is 10 stars I wish I could remember the guys name who helped me on 10/20 he deserves a huge Christmas bonus . The service there is outstanding thank you so much

I figured I’d purchase directly through Best Buy instead of Amazon for this order. We purchased two new TVs, two mounting brackets, and a new Xbox. In the photos you can see $915 of that order sitting on my porch. The boxes were delivered with no seals and were opened. One picture I took myself, and one was directly off of FedEx proof of delivery. The TVs are getting delivered separately and I don’t even want to see how those will arrive. No one has customer service anymore. No one cares about consumers money. We work for our money and to have a purchase delivered in this state is unacceptable. I will no longer go through Best Buy because I thought it was still a good name. Amazon it is. They would have at least packages better.
