The worst customer service experience from management in my adult life . The only reason this gets one star is for the employee Wes for standing up to Jody and Isaac and saying this is not what we told the customer . Here is a short list of some the things I’d rather do than deal with the management team Play in traffic Lip plump with fire ants Beta test temu parachutes Lay in a bed of lonestar ticks Be shipwrecked with Joffrey Lannister Avoid like your life depends on it

There was an offer posted online for the new iPhone. I went in the store and they told me it was not offered in store, but clearly the online said that it was offered. I definitely feel that the store and the online services do not match as to what is stated. I definitely will not be coming back to shop.I have to drive way to pittsburgh to purchase my son, a new phone.

So funny. I shop at Best buy all the time but this is the first time I've been in this one. I just wanted a cheap TV and I bought some LG. Nothing fancy. It wasn't for me. The sales guy was visibly annoyed that I didn't take his upsells. Like, day and night difference. Totally cool to, get your stuff and get out instantly. I felt bad for him but I didn't want the warranty on a low end TV. Sorry big guy. I hope you have better days ahead.
