Prompt service from my sales girl
After spending thousands of dollars in 2026 alone (not to mention what I have spent at this location over the years), today was the final straw. As I was rebuilding my home office recently, I have purchased quite a few items. One of them was a $30 cable that I found out that I didn't need. I bought it approximately 2 months ago. I live an hour or so away from the store, so it took me a while to return it. When I tried to today, I was denied a refund, or even store credit (claiming that it was open - it wasn't). We are talking about a $30 cable. I was prepared to spend $300 - $500 on other stuff that I needed. To say that I've had it with retail would be an understatement. From now on, I will just buy the stuff from Amazon online. It's cheaper, and their return process is much easier. I can't wait to watch this location, and others, go out of business because of behavior like this. Highly disappointed.

Maz was incredibly helpful and beyond charismatic. Great recommendations and helped us find what we needed super quickly. this is my new go-to best buy.
Helped us load our freezer. In the past they've helped us load other things.
