Came in to buy a new computer for school. I already knew what I wanted, but had to have a salesman get it for me (man in his 40's-ish). He was visibly upset when I rejected his constant and aggressive tactics to purchase add-ons. To the point of being borderline disrespectful towards me. When I got home I tried to call the store manager to inform them of the interaction. However Best buy's phone system will not let you directly contact the Boardman store. It will send you to a phone center and after 5 minutes of being on hold I just decided it wasn't worth it.
I think I'm probably just going to return the computer. I don't want that jerk to get any commission off of the sale.
And I'm not sure I want to give Best buy my business if I can't even contact anybody in store without jumping through a bunch of hoops.
Update: Tried all three links provided by the owner. None of which worked. Also, I don't have social media. Why would I need to post additional information on a social media site when I have already provided my information on the review?
I would say a phone number would be more appropriate. Maybe this wasn't really the owner.

Santino provided excellent customer service! He was very pilot and kind! I went to return an item and it was past the return policy date. I returning a video game that was not compatible with my Xbox series, he went to oder the right game, however it was out of stock so he gave me store credit.
