The lady behind the counter could understand basic instructions
Went to Geek patrol inside. Everything worked out.
I ordered two phones on Dec14. They were supposed to arrive on the 17th. One did, the one assigned to my phone number, while the other did not. I finally was able to speak with a human and they assured me it would be here by the 30th. I missed my wife’s birthday and Christmas present It never showed up I contacted Best Buy again and once again trying to talk to someone is very difficult. I was then assured it would arrive by Jan 3. I missed my wife’s birthday and Christmas gift at this point and Best Buy did nothing but delay my order again. January second l get an email saying the phone will show up by January 7th now. Terrible customer service. Don’t believe the dates they say something will be delivered. They will withdraw your money on time.
