Short handed as usual, I did get help at some point, bought an SD card,,it was expensive. I will order from a camera store in future and avoid going to this store.
PS. I got a reply from Best Buy about this review,,not sure if its a bot but in case..I probably wont reply to it.
However giving due where its due, it was a better surprise than Walmarts go f yourself attitude.
To be clear, the workers in the store were helpful and offered assistance but the store was so empty I dont understand why the guy at the door told me they would be awhile before they could help me, that kind of set the stage since it was him that said they were shorthanded, that just pisses me off to start.
Anyway after everything I find also that the sd card price was normal,,just not compared to Amazon..but I hate Amazon too..but getting what you need is all that counts nowadays,,sad, I want to support my local stores and the people that work in them..just cant do it anymore, its a luxury.

I purchased a speaker and they shipped it to someone across the country. I have no idea? So after countless phone calls and getting hung up from out of country customer service centers they agreed to return my money but was only a lie and they refused to do anything to make it right. I was out the money. Buyer beware purchasing on line as it just may be one of the worst buys you make from them.
