Love that Best Buy had reps for Samsung, Sony, Vizio I think and maybe another to discuss TVs.
Every time I go to the Boardman Best Buy it’s a horrible experience. Today, I just wanted to buy a game consul. As my son and I were waiting in line, the cashier finished up with the previous customer, looked at me, and walked away. We stood in line while plenty of Best Buy staff were standing around, talking, or making trips back and forth. The line to check out kept adding up and I left. I didn’t see any staff members do anything so I left.
In the past I waited close to an hour for help on my daughter’s new cell phone. The staff member tried to charge me $100 to transfer the data from the old phone to the new phone. I said no thanks and went to AT&T where their staff knows what’s they’re doing and moved the data for free. So not only do I feel like my business is not welcomed or appreciated at the Boardman Best Buy, I believe they are stealing money from customers and lying about the cost of services when I can get the same exact service somewhere else for free.
