Try to return a item after they ship the wrong one and the manager treated me like I was some type of scam artist. I have bought a laptop from them and a Galaxy watch 6 and they sent a chipped up wrong colored one. But it's okay I will never buy anything from them again especially after customer service told me I will be able to exchange it in store and then I drive 30 minutes to Best buy and the manager tells me it's up to his discretion because it's a lot of fraud going on. I never been so insulted in my life lost the customer for life

The store is great. It the 15 day return policy i don't like. It forces you to always buy warranty on everything.

I bought a go pro from this location. I explained to the salesperson that I had plans to travel to Cancan Mexico and also wanted to use it for an upcoming snowmobile trip in Michigan. The salesperson that sold me the camera suggested to buy a bright orange case for the camera that will make it floats in the water and so it can be seen in the snow in case it were dropped . I didn't use the camera or case for about a month. When I tried to put the case on the camera the salesperson sold me the wrong case. I took the case back to exchange it for the right case but the Bust Buy manager said it was beyond the 15 day return policy and would not return or exchange the case for the correct one. I will NEVER buy from Best Buy again. Who has a return policy of 15 days. Save the hassle and buy from Amazon. They are the same price if not cheeper and have at least a 30 day return policy.
