A simple phone call to change my computer appointment I scheduled by going into the store. Guy at the desk said calling into the store is the easiest way to schedule. Three phone calls to try and change my scheduled app't time and can't get past the "AI assistant" despite answering all of its questions, including requesting to speak directly to someone in the geek squad. After answering all its question it just kept stating it did not understand, let's try again. If this is a tech company's answer to customer service, they can keep it and I will shop elsewhere. If I could have given it a minus infinity, I would have. I'm not driving 30 minutes back to the store to reschedule an app't. Do better Best Buy!

I would've gave it a 5 star because I was waiting like 5-6 minutes for someone to help me with a pick up order, the ladies were looking but not asking if I needed help, until.this nice young man helped me. I wanted to also say that best buy hooked me up when they couldn't find my out of box TV, so they gave me a new TV,! I was really happy after that! thanks best but
Horrible business. I traded in a device and got gift card, used gift card but had to return one item that didnt work, so they issue what they call an "e-gift card" which is actuallu a scam because apparently it EXPIRES AND THEY DONT EVEN TELL YOU???? so I sold them a device and lost like 90% of the money for it. Just sell stuff yourself for cash nowadays. Their system is FULL of catches and sure its all written somewhere in lawyer jargon so theyre always safe as a company but its nigh on impossible for anyone not insanely savvy to find.
