I've tried to get a price match MULTIPLE times. One of the customer service reps told me to take a screen shot of the price. I did that and took it to the store. They said no! Then tried to get one online through customer service. They said no as well! Good luck with getting a price match.
Spent $500 (in-store) for a Sonos Subwoofer to be delivered the next day. 3 days later and no product, we went to the store to ask if we can adjust our order to pick up and the store says they have no idea where the product is and there are no more in stock in the entire city. Do better Best Buy.

Don’t ever bother trying to call this place. A robot answers and won’t ever forward you to a real person. If it does transfer you, it doesn’t go to the location it goes to corporate who won’t be able to answer your questions. Waste of time, DO NOT BOTHER

Poor service in store, be sure to check your receipts for proper charges. Non existent customer service from mobile app. Overall rating of 0 stars. I will never stop at best buy again.
