How do I check product availability at the Eastgate Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

I knew exactly what I wanted but had to hunt down someone to unlock a cabinet twice, told me they'd get someone and I stood around for 20 minutes too long before leaving. Awful service here.

Sept 14 2024 I Called the store number at 10:02 am to verify they had an item (#6575366) that was listed on the website. I was on the call for almost 25min... 15 min of that was spent waiting while he was supposedly checking their inventory and item was at the store I wanted to to physically verify that the item was there and it wasn't an opened box or a returned item . He wanted to hold the item for me but required me to pay for it which I didn't want to do tbh but wanted verification before driving 43 miles one way to get to that stores location. I asked him repeatedly if the item was there and in hand. He reassured me that it was several times. So I drove 43 miles to the store only to be told that they don't have it at that store and that they haven't had it in over a month. I told them that i spoke to a cust rep and that he said it was there and could be held for me but the store employee told me that it happens all the time that they tell customers its here and it isnt because the number transfers to some call center and that they arent in the actual store and that you cant really reach a store directly. So I drove 86 Miles and wasted 2.5 hours of my time to go get a product that they haven't had in store for many many weeks as told to me by the customer service desk. Don't waste your time with Best Buy. Just go to Amazon. There's a reason Amazon is causing so many stores to go out of business if this is the way Best Buy handles calls and treats their customers who come to buy something from a store . NEVER AGAIN BESY BUY....NEVER AGAIN
