Buyers beware don’t buy anything online from this store they charge you twice for the item and then act like they didn’t when your bank account clearly shows two transactions no one has been able to help me resolve this issue I will be contacting the Ohio Attorney’s General office tomorrow in regard to the fraudulent transaction on my account.

Heads up, this is more a review of Best Buy's online experience than this actual store, but important feedback in case anyone shops online!
I recently purchased a new Apple Watch Series 11 online through the Eastgate location and selected the "same-day delivery" option. Unfortunately, there was no warning on the site that the delivery would be conducted via a third-party vendor (Roadie) and with NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED for a $400 item. The individual who accepted the "gig"/delivery job STOLE my apple watch (they ripped open the box and replaced it with a cheap little garage camera so they could take a proof-of-delivery photo at my address). Pics included of the box and the garage item inside.
While Best Buy is supposedly willing to replace my item according to customer service, I am unable to get in contact with anyone at the specific Eastgate location and have not yet received my dang replacement watch. There is no email I can reach out to or way to offer feedback/file a complaint with Best Buy generally, and I am BEYOND disappointed and appalled by this experience.
So for anyone looking to purchase online, PLEASE be cautious with selecting the same-day delivery option, especially if it's for an expensive/highly desirable item!!! Better to save yourself the trouble and go in-store for pickup.
(Fingers crossed someone from Best Buy sees this and gives me a call.. or better yet, the watch I paid for!!! lol)

Extremely Poor Delivery & Communication Experience
I scheduled a TV delivery and installation and encountered repeated issues. I received no confirmation calls, multiple promised callbacks that never occurred, and both Saturday and Sunday appointments resulted in no-shows. Even after visiting the store twice and being told the issue was “expedited,” no one ever followed up. Several escalation calls to support also disconnected before a case number was provided.
Overall, the lack of communication and accountability across departments has been very disappointing. Customers deserve a more reliable and organized process.
If you're considering Best Buy for delivery or installation, be warned - the process is a mess and customers are left stranded
