Ordered a tv through Amazon for saem day pickup at Eastgate Best Buy. Staff was fantastic from greeting to having someone bring it to our car and load it. Super fast and friendly great customer service! A+

This review is mostly negative against Whirlpool, not necessarily Best Buy (although they are selling products with on-going issues). Regarding Whirlpool side-by-side 25 cu.ft. refrigerator Model WRZ555ZIHZ. Don’t purchase any of these refrigerators with the ice maker built into the door. Mine was purchased in 2023 and failed twice so far in less than three years. The heating element that keeps the water line from freezing fails, and Whirlpool won’t cover the fix after one year. The entire door must be replaced, which is expensive, as well as the labor to install. This appears to be a flaw in engineering / design that probably impacts all these ice makers built into the door. Stay away from any Whirlpool products, as they don’t stand behind their products.
