Best Buy Eastgate

I want to start off by saying Maria From Eastgate was really Helpful me and my grandma came in on Black Friday to find a computer we got a Mac but it wasn’t what we though it was Maria helped us then we returned it and she helped us with that the next day we had Maria the next day and she helped us find a great gaming Monitor and stuff today we were looking for accessories and we had her again !! She was really helpful gave us a recommendation on speakers and headset and even printers I hope she gets the recognition she deserves she was helpful and glad we had her !!!

This store is usually pretty quiet. There's sometimes a little line for the register, but otherwise, service is very quick. If you need something that's locked up, you can usually get someone to get it out in less than five minutes. You'll find a lot of really knowledgable employees, especially those working directly in the department for the specific product we're talking about. It's not always the case throughout the whole store, though. This store looks a bit older than the others I've been to, mostly from the outside. The inside is pretty much the usual Best Buy experience, though!

I don’t know what it is about this particular store but every time I go, I always, always have a great experience. The men and women that have helped me get me in and out quickly and are very informative. I even went back to get a price adjustment on an iPad and it took no time at all. I love the store!
