Staff was very helpful as soon as I walked in the door.
Made sure I got exactly what I was looking for.
Staff was knowledgeable and professional.
Horrible, paid for a new TV and install...the geek squad never showed up the first attempt. I called and complained, rescheduled but now when I call the indonesian customer service people they tell me I am SOL. Do not count on the geek squad, find someone else.
