How do I check product availability at the Colerain Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Placed order for daughters Christmas gift with a store employees who assured me he ordered an unlocked iPad WiFi + cellular that we paid extra to ship to our home. Received order notifications to see the employee order Wi-Fi only iPad. No store employee will answer the phone and the call center wants to do a refund and buy the correct iPad charging me again. This is the worst experience because I don’t have the money to buy another iPad before Christmas and wait 7-10 days for a refund. Thanks for ruining my daughter’s Christmas the only gift she wanted.

Inventory was well stocked. I was however slightly put off by the number of times we were asked if we needed assistance. Felt like every isle there was someone waiting to ask us if we needed anything. Perhaps that’s your preferred shopping experience but it was a bit much for us.

Stood in the store for 2 hours before I could get help and then the item I got did not even work and had to take it back the next day and that's after driving an hour one way just to get there. So I spent more in fuel than what item was worth. Could I just ordered it online and avoided everything. That being said, I will never step foot in a Best buy or order a thing through Best buy again
