Inventory was well stocked. I was however slightly put off by the number of times we were asked if we needed assistance. Felt like every isle there was someone waiting to ask us if we needed anything. Perhaps that’s your preferred shopping experience but it was a bit much for us.

Stood in the store for 2 hours before I could get help and then the item I got did not even work and had to take it back the next day and that's after driving an hour one way just to get there. So I spent more in fuel than what item was worth. Could I just ordered it online and avoided everything. That being said, I will never step foot in a Best buy or order a thing through Best buy again

My old phone screen died within two months of purchase, thankfully from Amazon so I could return it. Hoping for a quick replacement, I went to Best Buy — big mistake. • I was ignored on the sales floor until a polite young associate helped me, only to be yelled at by a manager and told to put the phone back while I waited another 20 minutes. Meanwhile, four associates stood idle at unused terminals. • The shelf tag clearly said $94.00, but at checkout the phone rang up at $141.00. I needed a phone urgently, so I went through with it, but this kind of bait-and-switch pricing is unacceptable. • To make matters worse, the checkout device bombarded me with ads and solicitations — a money-grabbing tactic that felt insulting after such poor service. Bottom line: Don’t shop here if you’re in a hurry or expect the shelf price to match the register. Between rude management, wasted time, and misleading pricing, this was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had.
