I brought my HP desktop to the Colerain Best Buy for repair and was quoted a 1–3 week turnaround. I am now past the 3‑week mark, and I was just informed the part was “just ordered” and the repair hasn’t even started.
In the meantime, I’ve spent hours on hold, been disconnected twice, left multiple voicemails and emails, and received contradictory information from staff.
The worst part? A store employee admitted the District Manager refused to contact me directly and told her to call me instead. Completely unprofessional.
I work from home, and this delay has directly impacted my ability to earn income. I’ve now escalated to corporate because the store and district leadership have been unresponsive.
This location needs serious management accountability.
