Terrible customer service at this location.
Paid Best Buy membership and they won’t replace my brand new broken TV because it didn’t have the stand.
Canceling my membership and shopping elsewhere.

NEVER PREODER THROUGH BEST BUY!
I preordered the new pokemon legends za game through them and was told I would get the desk mat as a free gift, go to pick up my games and get told I can’t get the mat, no compensation no nothing, I’m never ordering with them again and if I could give a zero star rating I would.

Ok
Geek squad for my laptop
Waited an hour without ant service
I had to leave for another engagement
Will not charge. My laptop will not re charge when connected to the outlet
I got no service
Best Buy outlet was a fantastic way to save money and get a good price!
