The store is being remodeled or downsized and it seems the retail floor is about half of what it used to be. As usual with Best Buy, getting assistance is hit and miss. I think you're better of doing all your research and purchase online.

Terrible experience. I purchased a Samsung tablet s10 fe+is online. After receiving and opening package I realized the screen was broken. Within the return window I went in to see what could be done. Apparently nothin can be done and when asking about geek squad for repair was then told again they wouldn’t see me. Terrible experiences run way more frequent than good ones with Best Buy. Thank you for treating your customers terribly and not helping when it’s not even their fault.

I purchased a fridge about a 2 months ago and put it on a best buy credit card. As I applied for it my x wife's info showed on the screen,I explained how I've been divorced for 8 years now and that's all wrong and they said they corrected it it,then as I go to sign for the purchase my x wife's email showed and phone number so I said no that's not right, I was told," dont worry we can fix it after,no problem ". We'll they did not fix it and had to find out my x wife's been getting email and calls about my purchase for weeks! This is a invasion of privacy that could result in damages. Then when I called to correct it,Customer service kept saying that I did it by accident and that it happens. Then when I try to make complaint with the branch,they dont answer calls nor will anyone come to the phone. So customer service told me to write a review as that's the only course of action I have rn until what was done causes me financial issues,it already caused stress.#update: they told me to message them on fb then gives me the links below? That dont sound professional,also THE LINK DONT WORK! Maybe I can talk to someone in your legal dept. Instead of jumping through hoops.
