Came into buy an apple air tag asked to get it out of the case the person names aryan went up Front stood there with his bud for 5 mins while I waited.
Then I wanted to buy a AirTag keychain for it. It rang up at $30 when It was marked 9.99 He didn’t try to offer a solution for me said it is what it is.
Then I looked online and seen it was 19.99 there.
So either way very unhelpful and I felt like I was a burden and not a long time customer considering I’ve bought every electronic from them for the past 10years. Unlikely to keep buying from this store

I could complain that the store I went to first didn't have what I needed but that would just be because it was mildly inconvenient to get what I wanted. However store number one found what I needed found the nearest store with it in stock, they told me I could pick it up if I drive there. They processed my payment and give me a pick up receipt. As soon as I walked in the doors at store number two my receipt where is magically turned into the projector of my choice. Frankly this is as good as it gets for a person who doesn't buy things online. The eight times that I have been into a Best buy in my life, between the Avon and Parma Ohio branches I have never had an issue. See if I go into a Lowe's or a Walmart I can see five employees standing around who will look at you and go back to talking with each other. But when I walk into Best buy they're trying to sell me everything in the store. It's a good business model
