I visited Best Buy hoping to find a specific item, but unfortunately they didn’t have what I was looking for. The customer service was mediocre, and it was difficult to get assistance. The store was clean and organized, but the overall experience could have been better. Hopefully they’ll improve both their inventory and customer service.
Keith is AWESOME! He helped me undo another shops terrible work and worked to get my new setup EXACTLY how I wanted it. Looks great, sounds great, and functions as it should.
Will absolutely use these guys again!!
Your prices are higher than Amazon! Spent hours on ur website and Amazon, saw ur reviews bad customer service in your store. Buying my Samsung phone from Amazon
