Luis from Verizon and Priya from Apple were incredibly helpful while switching over my phone service. They were both highly knowledgeable about Apple products as well as Verizon services, which made the whole process smooth and easy. If you visit this Best Buy, I definitely recommend working with them!

We bought appliances from the open box section. None of them stated any issues with them. We ordered delivery and installation; the delivery guys did not install them. Just dropped them off and ran away. Then we called for someone to install them. The first installation guy that came out said only 1 appliance was functional; the rest needed parts ordered to be fixed. The repair guy for the oven then said 2 appliances were functional (other than the oven). The installation guy for the dishwasher was supposed to order a part and schedule our repair service. Instead, he scheduled another installation for our dishwasher instead of a repair because he did not order our part. So now we have to repeat the process with a different person. It’s been about a month since we scheduled to have our dishwasher delivered and installed. Unacceptable.
