I had the best experience at this Best Buy 6/27. Hesitantly but luckily I purchased the Best Buy Warranty plan last year at a different location. My S24 Ultra had a fried motherboard after only a few months. (Unfortunately GeekSquad doesn't work on Androids so I had to take it to UBreakIFix for them to confirm it was a fried motherboard.) I walked in and Jake (I'm assuming a manager) greeted me friendly and helped direct the issue I had over to GeekSquad where I got to work with Brandon, who was super helpful, quick and got everything I needed in order to head over to the phone section. The Verizon guy, Gio, was SUPER helpful. The only thing thing that was confusing to me was who I had to go through to confirm the warranty would be covering the replacement. But that was very swiftly and quickly figured out and had no issues with the Best Buy Plan/Warranty replacing the phone. Gio was great, I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into the store (I can not stand trying to be upsold into buying extras, or upgrading a phone plan, etc, it frustrates me more than anything-- I know it's their job but when I say once "I know what I'm here for, I know what I want, I don't want to waste either of our times on trying to upsell me on something I won't get-" I stand ground and firmly on saying it once.) He was phenomenal and didn't try any of that or trying to upsell anything more. He was very sweet and quick with the whole phone exchange. I knew I wanted to replace it with the S26 Ultra, he asked what color I wanted and directed me over to the check out counter when I was helped by him and another young lady employee (no name tag-- young beautiful lady with glasses, dark curly hair and some tattoos) who was also very sweet. Gio was helping her make the upgrade/swap with my warranty plan, and at one point all 3 of us were making jokes and chatting during the ring-out process, Jake came over a few times just to help out with the system malfunctions with the register. It actually turned what I dreaded going in for (I was expecting like a whole 2 hour ordeal trying to be upsold and everything-- that didn't happen) into a very pleasant experience and I was in and out of the store in about 30 minutes. I wish that could happen every time. I ended up walking out only paying just under $10 for a brand new S26 Ultra. I very rarely get warranties because they never work out in my favor or the warranty expires right before something breaks, but this time it TOTALLY worked out and I definitely recommend getting the Best Buy Plan! Thank you so much to the 4 staff members, Jake, Brandon, Gio and Customer Service lady that made the experience this morning go so smooth and quickly! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought an open box TV after online support confirmed it was a returned model. When I arrived, I was told it was actually a display model with no stand. Excellent open boxes are listed as having all parts. They would not change the status to good, despite advertising it incorrectly. They didn't offer to assist me with another TV. Complete waste of my time.

Pretty good store. Employees (some) tend to ignore or do not want to answer questions. Facial expressions and responses say a lot.
