Attentive and knowledgeable staff. Quick service, clean store. Usually has products in stock that nearby stores don't.
There is ABSOLUTELY N0 customer service. They won't even take phone calls. Even when youy call the store direct, they send you to an overseas call center where you can't understand them!

There are a lot of options out there to purchase electronics, but I always choose this Best Buy location even if it costs a little bit more. The store is always well-organized, they have everything I need in stock, and if I need help someone is always there to assist me. Having the Geek Squad in the same location is convenient for me when I have a laptop issue. A+++++ Customer Service!!
