I went to the store on my lunch break to inquire about a tablet for my daughter, there was only one person working and he was with another customer. I wandered the store for about 2 more minutes and finally have up on any assistance and went to walk away when another young man caught me, but I was running late for lunch at that point and left (a bit upset). I returned after work and went right up to the first clerk I could find as I noticed other customers wandering about worth no one helping them. I asked where the tablets were and he pointed me directly to them and after a little while the guy who was helping the customers on lunch helped me. He was knowledgeable and helpful. If he (or anyone for that matter) had been free to help me when I was there during my lunch breaki wouldn't have knows of 2 stars, but I have to judge on the complete experience, this let's you know not to try to going in between 11-1

Justin H was phenomenal in helping me with my desktop questions/inquiry/purchase. He helped us differentiate models, chips, storage, and memory based off of my need in a computer.
