How do I check product availability at the Parma Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Parma Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

Came in to buy an SD card, thought I'd be in and out quickly. I was surprised to see they got rid of all their registers. I had to wait in the checkout/order pick up/ customer service line to check out. There was one girl working and the people in front of me were doing complicated returns. I should have to wait 15 minutes in one single line to quickly purchase one thing. They wanna be greedy and cut costs but it's making their business unstoppable. Ill just get it from Amazon.

Not as good as it use to be. I am not sure if they are going through a renovation. It's very empty and messy inside right now. They only favor apple products.

The door person couldn't bother themselves to get me someone to help he just pointed us to the back of the store would be appreciative if you had someone that knew what they were doing he was more into talking to his fellow worker instead of helping it's just sad. Had no issues getting help at Target.

Get yourself some real customer service members over the phone best buy. I can barely understand your customer service rep and it’s taking over an hour on the phone to fix a simple problem. Do better because its a problem
