We bought appliances from the open box section. None of them stated any issues with them. We ordered delivery and installation; the delivery guys did not install them. Just dropped them off and ran away. Then we called for someone to install them. The first installation guy that came out said only 1 appliance was functional; the rest needed parts ordered to be fixed. The repair guy for the oven then said 2 appliances were functional (other than the oven). The installation guy for the dishwasher was supposed to order a part and schedule our repair service. Instead, he scheduled another installation for our dishwasher instead of a repair because he did not order our part. So now we have to repeat the process with a different person. It’s been about a month since we scheduled to have our dishwasher delivered and installed. Unacceptable.

The wheel chair they have is broken with sharp metal spikes sticking out by the right foot pad. It been broken like this for some time . Manager said there is a work order for it. Also suggest they have wheel chairs for larger people . Since the store is so large perhaps Best Buy can invest in riding carts for the disabled. All supermarkets have them as well as Lowe’s and Home Depot. They sell very similar products. Disabled people should be able to come here and purchase stoves , ovens, washing machines and other devices. One broken dangerous wheel chair is not appropriate for such a large store if this quality. Please make this store and all Best Buy’s available to the disabled.

As a serious tech, I like this place because it's good for window shopping, online comparisons, information gathering, computer repairs, price matching (with proof), and their very kind staff who don't just ignore you. I have never had a problem here and I wouldn't change a thing frankly. Best buy will always be Best Buy. There's a reason they survive and thrive to this day. They understand how to do business and offer proper services to enhance the experience.
