As a serious tech, I like this place because it's good for window shopping, online comparisons, information gathering, computer repairs, price matching (with proof), and their very kind staff who don't just ignore you. I have never had a problem here and I wouldn't change a thing frankly. Best buy will always be Best Buy. There's a reason they survive and thrive to this day. They understand how to do business and offer proper services to enhance the experience.
Bought a new 55 inch TV to replace current 55 inch but wasn't made aware that the "feet" on the new TV are on the very end instead of near center of set so I need new stand for it. Geek squad explained what I needed but will put it together for 199 and return in 3 weeks . The stand is only 29 dollars. Make it make sense. Yikes

I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Eli! He was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while helping me choose the right headphones. He took the time to explain the differences between several options and made sure I understood the features, instead of just rushing me into a purchase.
It really felt like he cared about helping me find what worked best for me, not just making a sale. Customer service like that is hard to come by these days, and I truly appreciate it.
