A year ago I bought an 85 inch Bravia, it was broken when it arrived. It took three deliveries before the TV was not broken. Today I unboxed a 75 inch LG and it was also broken. The sales people at the store are wonderful and the call center is also very polite and helpful! This is exclusively a problem with the warehouse management. I feel badly for sales, delivery, and the call center having to put up with the repeated incompetence. I suspect that the warehouse is at fault, the delivery team is very professional and polite and clearly handles the TVs well. Good store to shop at, horrific experience with delivery (not the fault of the delivery team, it likely the warehouse). Please note each image is over a DIFFERENT tv delivered.
I wish they kept more in stock, as opposed to ordering in. But that decision is never the fault of anyone at store level. Every person who's helped me there was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. It's not hard to be more knowledgeable about tech than I am, because I'm not. But it's appreciated. Stopped in last month for my husband's Christmas gift, stood around looking lost (I knew this would get me help) and someone found me! They took pity on me, got me all set with the gift, answered all my many questions, and off I went.
Returned an item and picked up an item. Everything went great
