I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Eli! He was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while helping me choose the right headphones. He took the time to explain the differences between several options and made sure I understood the features, instead of just rushing me into a purchase.
It really felt like he cared about helping me find what worked best for me, not just making a sale. Customer service like that is hard to come by these days, and I truly appreciate it.
If you’re shopping for electronics, I definitely recommend asking for Eli—he’ll take good care of you!
This store, company? Practices unintended consequences and results for those who are handicapped. I must use a walker to get about. This store has no electric carts, therefore I cannot browse or shop as I cannot get about in this store. That's ashame, I just go to Walmart for minor appliances i.e. tv or hot plate. Best Buy you should be ashamed. We handicapped have needs and money too. Back to Walmart who has electronic motorized carts. If you're handicapped with walking issues don't go here as they can't, don't facilitate we folk who are compromised. I hope this post is helpful for folk and save a trip where we are not welcome. The staff is very nice but just don't have there tools.
Very disappointed, I ordered a tv and it is pixelated when I got it. I am eligible for a refund or return which I have in writing on my account but they won’t honor my return for an exchange. So I won’t be purchasing anymore products from any Best Buy stores.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced walking into a store. The customer service representative at the front was rude and condescending. Her advisor had to walk up and tell her to actually look something up instead of staring blankly.
