Best Buy Parma

I’ve always had a great experience with Best Buy, especially when it comes to appliances, returns, and getting help when I need it. Having the Best Buy membership with Geek Squad has made the experience even better. I’ve never had an issue getting something handled, and the staff has always been personable, helpful, and easy to work with. A special shoutout to Paul, the appliance expert at the Best Buy in Brook Park, and Justin, the manager. Both of them did a fabulous job helping me through the entire process and went out of their way to make everything easy and stress-free. Their customer service and willingness to help really made the difference. It’s nice dealing with people who genuinely care about making sure the customer is taken care of. Great experience all around and definitely deserving of 5 stars!

Our refrigerator broke, and we needed a new one immediately. After comparison shopping, I decided on Best Buy, because they had the soonest delivery time and the price match guarantee. Alejandro was the associate who helped me, and he was exceptional! He took out the time to thoroughly explain the delivery process, and answer my all of my questions about the appliance. When I had a question he didn't immediately know the answer to, he took out the time to find the answer. He also went over all of my financing options, explained the details their Protection Plan, and more. He was patient and thorough. Alejandro went above and beyond! Our fridge was delivered on time, just as expected. Xavier and Jackson were friendly, professional, and super fast with the installation! They did whatever it took to get our refrigerator into our kitchen, including removing doors and replacing them back! We don't have to purchase large appliances very often, but they made the experience very pleasant and seamless!
