I wish I had gotten his name, but huge thanks to the employee at your Easton store who went above and beyond today. I was looking for an anti-static bag to ship a CPU — Best Buy was actually the third store I’d tried, and I was about to give up. A team member came over and asked if he could help me find something. When I told him what I needed, he said the store didn’t carry it, but that he had one in his own car. He ran out and grabbed it for me on the spot.
I was on a tight shipping deadline, and that one small gesture made all the difference. Thank you so much — you have a real gem working at this location!

Terrible customer service. I went in to buy some headphones. I asked for assistance and was told they would call someone over to help. After 15 minutes of nobody came to help. I asked another employee for help and was told the same thing. After 30 minutes of waiting nobody came to help and I left without headphones.
