Was going to purchase an item that was secured behind a display case. I asked a worker to assist and she said she would be back in one moment. Waited a half hour and no one ever showed up.

I've been in here several times. Almost every time it's difficult to get assistance and it's not because there's a lot of people. I think the staff had a slow response time. It's a very dull atmosphere.
Don't update their stock online, so you get there and they've sold out.
The stuff they do have isn't properly labeled, so you end up at the register with the wrong, more expensive sku with their bait and switch tactics.
