Sales person, Kim, was great and took her time to explain my options. When I went to pick up my computer and take it to Geek squad for appointmen the person asked me for a bar code, I showed him my receipts and he told me that he needed a bar code and that was there policy. I pulled up my msg on my phone and a bar code was at the end of msg. It was the the number on my paper receipt. I had to leave my PC for file transfer. When my received msg that my new computer was ready I made another appt with Geek squad. I got about 2 minutes of training on new computer the rest was watching him making entries on the computer. He told me to enter my e-mail address because he had keyboard in front of him I couldn't reach the shift key and @ key and asked him to do that he entered the email wrong and I told him that was wrong and he ignored me and the wrong address is still on my computer.
