Best buy has sure gone downhill over the years.They have no overstock you have purchased things through their system that says it's in stock. And then upon delivery date i get notification that the item delivery date has changed.This happened several times before happening.Physically, go into best, buy.There was no explanation either time. So i ended up having to upgrade because they said that product is now on backorder it's a laptop for my daughter's schooling. The price they quoted me changed at the register.I feel this company is doing a bait and switch.And I don't know how many other customers they've been doing this to. If I could give zero stars, I would!!!
