Malik in the phone department did a great job: he listened to what I wanted, steered me in the direction to pay less than I was anticipating while still getting the right cellphone features. In my book, that equals value and will more than likely bring me back. He also offered advice that saved me time and inconvenience in porting from my old phone. Sales person, Kim, was great and took her time to explain my options. When I went to pick up my computer and take it to Geek squad for appointmen the person asked me for a bar code, I showed him my receipts and he told me that he needed a bar code and that was there policy. I pulled up my msg on my phone and a bar code was at the end of msg. It was the the number on my paper receipt. I had to leave my PC for file transfer. When my received msg that my new computer was ready I made another appt with Geek squad. I got about 2 minutes of training on new computer the rest was watching him making entries on the computer. He told me to enter my e-mail address because he had keyboard in front of him I couldn't reach the shift key and @ key and asked him to do that he entered the email wrong and I told him that was wrong and he ignored me and the wrong address is still on my computer.
