My local Best Buy. Usually always a good experience purchasing here.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at the Morse Road location. I came in ready to purchase a $5,000 100-inch television, but instead of being helped, I was left waiting while two associates were assisting one customer. As a business owner, I witness associates just walking around the store doing nothing.
I then decided to purchase Meta glasses, and it took another 30–45 minutes before anyone came to assist me. The same guy that was suppose to assist me was outside in his phone talking to a friend. When I asked for a manager, it took an additional 15 minutes for someone to come out.
For a company like Best Buy, this level of service is unacceptable, especially when customers are prepared to make major purchases. The lack of urgency, communication, and customer care at the Morse Road location is extremely disappointing.

Solid store, clean with lots of deals.
The customer service here is terrible. There are tons of employees walking around doing things, but when you ask anyone for help, they seem annoyed. One person told me it wasn’t their department, but they would get someone to help but meanwhile went back to doing what they were doing, and then helped another customer took me 10 minutes of standing around before anyone offered to help. Then to top it off, they don’t even know things about their products and can’t ask her questions whether or not a case is compatible with a specific GoPro camera the Customer Service is just atrocious here.
