I purchased my Lenovo computer from Best Buy in November 2025, so it isn't even a year old. When I took it to the Geek Squad for service, I was extremely disappointed with my experience.
The woman assisting me (she was wearing glasses) was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to answer my questions or offer any real assistance. She told me they had no record of my warranty, even though I purchased the computer from Best Buy. I returned with my receipt and the original box to prove my purchase, but she still insisted there was nothing they could do and told me I would have to contact Lenovo myself and ship the computer out for repairs, which she said could take eight weeks or longer.
Instead, I scheduled an appointment with Micro Center in Dublin.
The difference in customer service was night and day. Their team was friendly, knowledgeable, and immediately confirmed that my computer was still under the manufacturer's warranty. They diagnosed the issue, determined the motherboard needed to be replaced, ordered the part, completed the repair locally, and had my computer back to me in less than two weeks—all at no cost under the warranty.
Based on my experience, I will not be using Geek Squad or buying ANY technology products from Best Buy again. If you're looking for exceptional customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and fast warranty repairs, I highly recommend Micro Center in Dublin.

Worst Best Buy in town. I went in with every intention of buying a refrigerator. After 20 minutes of milling around the appliances, and every employee nearby looking the other way, I finally cornered a young man in the oven section. I asked if he worked in appliances. He said no, but I'll get someone. He went in the back, never came out.
