By far the worst Best Buy i’ve been in! i’ve stood for about an hour no one came to help. I’ve done sales, salespeople usually got a bad reputation for being persistent in trying to sale something. In Bestbuy that has been my experience previously. i understand it can be busy, but not in this case. when you ask, it’s “someone will come to you”. lost a customer, never returning again.

I went to pick up my Internet order, but while I was there, I headed to appliances to look at ice makers.
Pros:
The employee who answered my question was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Collecting my Internet order was easy.
Cons:
The whole place was a bit cluttered. I had to reroute a few times for blocked aisles. The store was crawling with employees, but nobody noticed me trying to find my way through the appliances. I had to approach someone for assistance. That person was chatting with another employee, and I felt a little like I was interrupting. But they both gave me full attention once they realized I had questions.
Great service... Just ask at the door and they will point you the way.
