One of their employees sold me a sim card with false information when I went back to return it the next day they said they could not return it because it had been opened when I explained what happened the manager made the guy running the cash register take my return in market as defective since one of their associates lied to me just to sell me something
Idk if this is an issue with best buy as a whole or just multiple members of their staff at this location... Items apparently randomly are put on 1 per customer lists without any signs up anywhere in the store or online expressing that. Outside of a guy named Thomas whom really should be the manager of the store, the only employee to approach and ask me for help or showed any interest in attempting to rectify my issue, the majority of the staff I interacted with today was terrible and caused a huge inconvenience and awkward situation due to unpublished & non posted item limits. I did call customer service and filed a complaint whatever good that will accomplish. I recommend the Best Buy in Polaris, much better trained staff & customer service.
