If I could put zero I would. We bought the LG G4 Oled 77" TV on Friday. First the woman at the store would not even pay attention to us. She told us this tv came with FEET. So when we open the box what do we find? No feet. I called the Best Buy and wanted someone to come mount it to our wall because that was our only option now. On top of all of this mess we still had to pay for the installation fee an extra 264 ontop of 3k. This would've all been avoided if the employee just simply paid attention.

Customer service not very helpful. Ordered laptop came to my house screen busted up. Was told to take to store for a refund. Didn't offer to replace unit. Went to other vendor and purchased laptop cheaper and no issues. Lost sales for best buy . Good luck staying in business. To top it off they sent ups to pick up laptop today. Never will spend money with them again.
