Went to use geek squad because I was having issues with my laptop. The diagnosis said I needed a new motherboard because my current one was fried. When I try to explain to the technician what I thought was going on to help them further understand what I had done, It was communicated to me by the worker at the desk that he was too busy and that they stood by me needing a new motherboard. So I took my laptop to a local PC repair shop in Monroe Falls that listen to what I had to say and 20 minutes later, the same day, I walked out with my current laptop working just fine. I wish the technician would have taken the time to listen to what I had to say, I can’t imagine How many people have been taken advantage of due to there incompetence and their unwillingness to listen to their customers. Do yourselves a favor and find a PC repair shop some place else… you’ll save time and money.
