I come in at 12:45 PM for my appointment and it 1:05pm. Brendan and Jamari just talking and I’m being patient. I’m not sure if this place understand customer service or what. Geek squad here just seem so rude. Purposely making people wait should be a corporate crime. Just saying all that flirting got to stop. Running back and forth to the back over non functioning Apple product got to stop. Transparency is needed. It’s covered by AppleCare I just don’t see the big issue. Brendan just have a bad attitude no transparency what so ever. It’s 1:19PM. Not actively listening. Brendan needs coaching.
