Really bad in store service. Employees standing around waiting for stuff to be brought to the front to check it out while there is 10 people in line.

We purchased a gaming computer set up for our son, right after Christmas. He hasn’t had much opportunity to use it, because he also got a new PS5. I used it to do writings on, and the computer has stopped functioning. It will power on, show some of the alien icons but won’t function. We are at a loss and have barely been able to use it. I fully powered it down because this has been going on for over a week (tried putting in sleep mode, powering fully down), the computer tower just won’t work. I’m not sure what to do. I tried calling and asking customer service for help…. No help..
