I went in to use my warranty for a screen protector max looked up my account and said i didn't have a warranty which isnt true ive used it multiple times he eventually found it and then said it be 8 dollar for him to put it on which again ive never paid to have the screen protector put on so very unhappy experience first of all you should be anle to see my information and know i have the warranty off the bat second to try to charge to put the screen protector on when ive had it done many times before with no charge im not paying that and will put it on my self

Just bought an open box excellent condition use it for a couple times less than a month and the item stopped working and they refuse to exchange it as they don’t have the same one anymore. They want me to pay a full price. I appreciate if a general manager can talk to me.
