This place is a joke! Absolutely the worst customer service experience. I wondered the store for 20+ minutes looking for a product and was not asked once if I could be helped while the associates stood around and chatted with each other. Big box retailers wonder why consumers shop at Amazon…here’s one of many reasons why!

Very disappointed at the Miamisburg location. Sales lady lied to me about my Apple Watch 10 trade in. She said the watch was too new for a trade in, contacted customer service and was told my watch is eligible for the trade in. By the way I was purchasing 2 watches Ultra 3. 😡
