One of the worst experiences buying a product I’ve ever had they make you wait six days for an appointment to have things installed. They don’t show up they tell you before we can do anything. It takes 48 hours before they can make any adjustments so befor they will reschedule you for a later date . That is awful Customer Service especially when you make the arrangements to be there costing you money then they don’t show up and then they don’t have the decency to explain why give you a timely resolution to the problem. I will never spend another dime at Best Buy and only fools would.

My son is very knowledgeable incomputers and he shared this information with my daughter and advised what products were best. When she went to Best Buy, I feel like that the staff really did what was best for them and not what was best for my daughter. The best part is they advised her that the computer she was buying did not come with the keyboard and mouse. When she got home and unpacked the computer both of those items were included. Turns out we will be returning the extra products they told her she needed.

We visit Best Buy Miamisburg to buy several items and I would like to mention that I got the best customer service experience . I would like to recommend to anyone, this employee- Sultan , that is professional, dedicated, pleasant , friendly and spend a lot of time to help us . I was impressed and surprised , that is the type of employees that makes store better and make people return. I hope he will be rewarded for caring about customers as he does .
