Pretty normal experience at this Best Buy. Always lots of staff asking if you need help. I come to get the screensaver that has a replacement guarantee. It’s a Best Buy for sure. My first LG tv I got at Best Buy in 2010. It finally passed last year. And the original remote still works on my new LG.

I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled by Best Buy.
I purchased a laptop for $1,399.99 using my Best Buy credit card. the price dropped to $1,049.99 — a $350 difference during when i reached out after the return window expired by 3 days. .
I contacted customer support to understand my options. To be certain, I spoke with three different representatives, and all of them gave me the same instruction: go to the store, have the item physically validated, and return and repurchase it at the lower price since it was unused.
The laptop was unopened completely unused, in original condition. No rewards were redeemed, no promotional credits were used, and nothing was activated.
Based on consistent guidance from multiple representatives, I went to the store. However, the store refused to accept the return.
After being denied in person, I contacted customer support again and only then was I told that the actual policy does not allow returns outside the return window, even by a few days.
This is the most frustrating part. I verified the process multiple times before making the trip, yet I was given incorrect information repeatedly. If the policy is strict, it should be clearly communicated from the start not after sending a customer to the store unnecessarily.
Being only three days outside the return window, with an unused item and a $350 price drop, I expected reasonable flexibility especially as a Best Buy credit card holder.
Very disappointing experience and poor coordination between online and in-store teams.

I reached out to them on Facebook because of their reply to this review and was shared the same thing which is a link to the return policy :D. People only reach out to you when they miss or forget inadvertently about the return window. Here thought i would be helped as a customer who was with best buy from 9 years. Very disappointing. on bottom of that they did not even look at the unused laptop nor verified it. they straight up told they cannot do anything since its outside the return window. all i expected was little bit of compassion and help as the amount of 350 is a big deal for me.
