We were buying a Garmin GPS and my husband has wanted an air fryer for a while, so we got that too. Very helpful young man helped us pick one out, works great. I think his name was Kai?
Just wanted to say that the Huz and I stopped in for a keyboard and HDMI cord on 10/18/25. The amount of employees checking in with us, wishing us a great day, and our man, Mustafa, helping us out from start to absolute finish - so incredibly floored by the service of the place. Great job! (This is the Dayton Mall, Ohio location)
The guy at the checkout counter was absolutely the worst at customer service. I felt like I was imposing trying to spend money that pay his wages.
And then to make matters worse they respond with wanting me to go to a website. What happened to the days of a real person following up? They should look at some of the larger competitors that went out of business like Circuit City and others. Best Buy is not customer friendly. I am choosing to take my hard earned money elsewhere where they care. Best Buy is not too big to fail….
