I bought a Dyson Animal 3 from the Dayton Mall store in October’25
Never worked properly. Brought it to Geek squad and they said I’d have to send it back to Dyson. Manager told me they’d give me a new one since it was only 2 months old. Very pleased with their customer service. Thank you Best Buy

We came in to buy our 15 year old an ipad for Christmas & Daniel was sooo amazing & helpful!! He was patient, kind, helpful, and thorough. He made sure all of our questions were answered. His GM Matt also came up and made sure we were being helped and took the time to explain things & answer questions even though the story was super busy since it is days before Christmas. Both were very kind & helpful. We ended up buying 2 ipads, a camera, & cases for our ipads.. We are very happy with our service! Thank you Daniel & Matt!! Great team!!
