Store manager Joe Vasquez is racist and treats buying and paying customers that look different than him differently. He was very rude pertaining to my online order. Surprisingly there were other different race customers who needed help but were catered to. I will be taking my business elsewhere

Kind of disappointed. Member of total tech for a long time. Returned a tablet under warranty and could not get one from store same day due to a color difference. If u want blue vs purple, it's 60.00 difference. So it has to be shipped. And to top that off, I had to pay for it to be shipped. She's not happy.

I knew Best Buy never had the best service... Went in to pick up a Samsung monitor I had been eyeing. Only had one in stock, figured I'd check anyway. Find an associate, he looks for a bit. Then he looks were there aren't any Samsung boxes, probably to waste time. Comes back, says he cant find it, but says that I can order in store. Ok, whatever, I order for in store pickup. I drive home and an email is waiting for me. The item was apparently delayed, and the order was cancelled before I even got on the highway.
