For context, there are not a lot of best buys where i live, so i had to come to this one. Clean store, lots of inventory. The employees were nowhere to be found, though. I went to the cashier and asked for some help. Waited for about 5 min. Went to the front area asking again. Finally, the guy shows up, smelled like BO, and asked him some questions. He gave the "I dont know" attitude and searched his phone a few times. I asked him to find someone who might know, and he walked away and never came back. I went and found a manager. Got what I needed. Two stars for the manager, but they need to hire people who actually give a crap.

I used to shop at Best Buy weekly. However, i haven't been in a Best Buy in quite some time. Their online competition is just too strong to warrant it. I stopped in recently to pick up a few video games for my kid's new gaming console. They each picked out a game that was available on the shelf (just a slip and you get the game when you pay for it). When we got to the register, we were informed that neither game was in stock, despite having multiple of each slip on the shelf. We were told that we could still order them there and we'd get them within 5 business days. We politely declined and went to a nearby competitor that had both games in stock and at a lower price.
The store was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
