Huge shout out to the manager Quinn at this location. I recently bought an open box LG G4 from this store that was listed in excellent, like new condition, only to discover it was anything but. A missing part, a broken part, damage to the back panel, and a defective TV are what I faced upon getting it home. Calling Best Buy's service line also resulted in learning that the extended warranty I bought was essentially useless in my situation. So, I brought the TV back to the store hoping for a resolution that wouldn't result in me paying full price for a new in-box replacement. Quinn was the manager who helped and after hearing my situation and some friendly negotiation, I walked out with a new-in-box G4, a free wall mount, and a new 5-year extended warranty for only $200 more than I had originally paid. Still a significant savings from the regular new-in-box price. Quinn was friendly and understanding and went above and beyond to make sure I received the most favorable resolution for what was an extraordinary issue. I don't shop at Best Buy often but I would return to this store again just for the top-notch customer service from Quinn.
