The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I will never buy again in this place.
We bought a refrigerator that was supposed to be installed for our new home. I came the day before moving to receive the refrigerator, the delivery showed up and he decided to just not deliver it.
We need to hustle all the way to get the refrigerator delivery to the house at the Best Buy location; which the told us that we will receive the new one in a few days.
The gave us a substitute fridge for a few days that was on top that with a hit on one of the doors, and they even asked my husband if he wanted that one because it was ready to go. Of course he said no, that we will wait for the other one. The day that was supposed to be delivered no one showed up and I didn’t receive a notification for it. I needed to call Best Buy to get the news that they change the date without notifiying us, and I needed to wait ANOTHER WEEK. Finally they came to deliver the new fridge and guess what: they do not install it, they didn’t connect it to the water AND they didn’t even install the pulls from the doors. Like what in the world?
What kind of service is that after ALL THE HUSTLE?
Because apparently we needed to buy separately the install and the things to connect it to the water when that was supposed to come the first time we did the purchase.
It has been a nightmare.

I always find what I am looking for and always great service from the reps.
They use ai to answer their phones in which you cant reach no one. They know it's broke, been broke, and cant fix it. If they cant fix their own stuff, what makes you think they can fix yours? Company does not care about customer do to they have been told for months and still no fix.
