Worst customer service! I purchased a rexing 4k dash cam and they scheduled me for installation 15 days later on a Sunday. One day before my appointment I got a call saying we stopped doing installations on Sunday long back, so we will have to reschedule you. I was rescheduled for the installation 12 days later and when I arrived at the front of the store for the 10 am appointment (that’s when they open) at the geek squad center they told me to go to the back of the store for installation services. I went to the back of the store but it took me sometime to figure out where exactly they are located as there were no obvious signs or directions. This whole process took 5-6 min and the installation center guy told me that I’m late by 6 min and hence we will have to reschedule you. I lost it at that point and told them to Cancel my order and give me a refund. I was told to go to the front of the store or call customer support for refund and when I called the customer support they could find the dash cam charge but not the installation charge of 100$ associated with it. So had to go to the front of store and stand in the customer service line for about 25-30 min to get my refund back. Extremely frustrating!

I had a very disappointing experience at Best Buy. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold for about $1,700 before Christmas as a gift. The person I bought it for did not like it, so I went back to the store with my son to exchange it for an iPhone.
I was told the return or exchange period had passed, even though it had not been 30 days since the purchase. The employee said they “understood” but still refused to help. What was most frustrating is that the return policy and exact cutoff date were not clearly explained at the time of purchase.
For such an expensive item, I expected clearer communication, better customer service, and at least an option for an exchange or store credit. Instead, I felt dismissed and stuck with a product I can’t use.
I’ve been a loyal customer, but this experience seriously changed my trust in Best Buy. I hope management reviews how return policies are explained—especially during the holidays—so other customers don’t go through this. 5800 Britton Pkwy, Dublin

Super quick and easy! Bought on line and picked up and the guy came right out, very nice gentlemen who helped put in our van!
