I will give the store 4 stars for its selection of products and some employees, but their team of installers is horrible. They use a company called Installs, Inc. that couldn’t care less about Best Buy’s customers. A promised time frame has come and gone with absolutely no communication from them, or from Best Buy for that matter. My $2,000 TV (that I bought 8 days ago) has been sitting in their truck for 2 1/2 days now. Frustrating!!!

Last week my wife and I decided to purchase a dash cam....salesperson was OK but relied on his phone for data about the Rexing r316....and we bought it and opted to install it ourselves as Best Buy charges $150 to install a dash cam.
Got home....Rexing DOES NOT include an owner's manual. I'm not stupid and figured most of it out...
By pushing buttons i figured out the features....but had questions.
Best Buy was of no help with answering my questions.....said they would help if they installed the dash cam...
$150 dollars....really?? The only help I needed was how to hardwire the unit so the parking mode worked.....installer and pee wee Herman junior manager both were of no help!!!
Should have returned it and got a Garmin
Beware.....most corporations have zero customer service anymore!!!!

I can understand that many manufacturers have opted to have online guides for install and not having a paper copy can be difficult. Best Option for Electronics
To say we had a disappointing experience with Best Buy is an incredible understatement. We recently moved to the Dublin, Ohio area and wanted to update our new home with some new appliances (microwave, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator). We ordered these appliances back in May, giving ample time for Best Buy to be fully prepared to deliver all appliances in full and on time. About a week ago, we were successfully supplied our dishwasher and microwave, with a refrigerator scheduled to come the same day. To our dismay, the refrigerator did not come that day, as the Best Buy customer service associate described as “a member having to leave due to a family emergency”. I can totally understand family emergencies being an issue and a holdup, however, we should not be the ones who have to contact Best Buy. Best Buy should be in contact with us the second they find out about the issue. Instead we had to reach out and they were unwilling to cooperate with a quick resolution. The refrigerator was now estimated to be delivered on 7/18, over a week from the original date of delivery. It is hard to conduct normal daily activities without a refrigerator. A day after the original date of delivery for the Refrigerator, we were notified that the Oven will now be undeliverable until 7/31 due to a warehouse accident, a much unforgivable excuse than a family emergency. We cancelled right away and went with Home Depot for our oven, who we have had a much better level of communication with, and went expect to receive our oven later today. Our refrigerator on the other hand was supposed to come today from Best Buy, but once again, we had to reach out to Best Buy to confirm, and they let us know that there is no teams available to deliver and install the refrigerator. We did not hesitate to cancel the refrigerator delivery as well, which was now going to be rescheduled to 7/24 (2 weeks later than the original delivery date). Not only will we no longer use Best Buy for appliances, but we will avoid Best Buy at all costs for all of our electronic and everyday needs. Extremely unreliable service, and extremely frustrating company.
