I went into the store on Labor Day to get a remote start and schedule install. It has been a complete fiasco since then. The appointment I picked specifically so I can take time off of work got canceled a week later and rescheduled for a time that wasn't very convenient for me, I didn't even get a phone call. When I tried to call in to find out why, nobody knew anything. In the last week, I've gotten multiple texts and emails saying to call in about my appointment and every time I call, it takes 5 minutes to get a live person on the phone and they never knew what the heck was going on. Finally, on the day of my appointment, I got a text that I need to call in, I did and when I finally got to the right dept I had to leave a vm. A tech called back and said I did not order the harness that I needed. I don't know what I need, I left that up to the salesman! I told him there were two things for me to pick up which was the remote start and an install kit. He said that was not the harness. I canceled the whole order!! Looking back online the complete kit did have a harness so he had it wrong anyways. Never again!!

Juan at Geek squad made my wife wait over an hour then let people who came in after her make an appointment then go before her. Unacceptable! He could have told her to make an appointment when she got there instead of making her wait then telling her an hour later he can’t help her. I will not be coming back to this location and I will be filing a complaint with corporate.

Needed a mobile hotspot SIM card. None of them knew how to help me and the one guy that finally halfway knew couldn't find the product that they supposedly had. lol it was weird.
