displays and signage don't matter. they don't honor their display prices nor take responsibility for their mistakes.

This is the second time I've checked online for an item, and filtered to items available in-store, only to be told, when I get there, that the item is not available in the store. I live 90 minutes away. The other time this happened, at a different Best Buy, about 3 years ago, was I ordered a rowing machine for me to pick up at a specific Best Buy, only to be told when I got there, that the item was not there. Best buy is really trying to discourage purchases.

It's not a bad experience to go in and pick something up. I bought a new TV and mount. They let me borrow a tape measure to make sure the TV would fit in my SUV (it did), 3 different people asked me if I needed any assistance (I didn't), the check out process was efficient, and a guy at the door asked me if he could help me get the TV to my car (which I accepted). I had a terrible experience with the Geek Squad about 3 weeks ago but just going in and buying something is a pretty easy process.
