Called a day prior to my appointment to ensure that Geek Squad could run diagnostics on AirPods, giving them all the necessary information including generation, no Apple Care, etc. I was told they could run diagnostics and potentially fix the issue however day of my appointment told they can’t do any work on them. There is really no excuse for this. I’d trust anywhere else before coming here

By far the worst consumer interaction I have ever had. They lie, mislead, and do not honor what they say.
If you can avoid doing business with this location , do it by all means.
They over promise and under deliver. The store manger Dieter was of no help whatsoever .
