Purchase a Lenovo computer that was labeled one Tetra byte of memory, but it only had half that. Then Geek Squad said I only needed TurboTax home in order to use remote remote desktop connection but that was totally wrong I had to update to Windows 11 Pro. Then I ask Geek Squad to do it. They tried but failed. Ended up doing it myself. Wasted half a day on this.. Moreover, the descriptions on all the computers were in such a tiny font that I could not read it even with my glasses and a magnifying glass. Even though there was plenty of room for a larger font. This is unabashed senior discrimination!

Seemed kinda empty, but super easy to navigate and get in and out.
After a not great experience at the Polaris location where no one would help us, we went to the Dublin location where they did amazing with customer service. Ellis was as phenomenal, knowledgeable and friendly. Did a great job helping us get the stove we wanted. 10/10 recommend.
Their AI phone system is stupid. You cant get a hold of anyone. If your gonna rely on a computer and charge high prices my business will go else where. When people call they should be able to get a hold of someone. To many people in that store to not be able to help someone on the phone. Poor service
