Waited over 35 minutes after trading in my old AirPods and trying to purchase a new pair. My Best Buy credit card was already approved, but the employee entered the wrong ZIP code during the process, which caused even more delays. On top of that, one of the registration/payment systems at the counter was clearly malfunctioning, and nobody seemed prepared to handle it properly. I ended up standing there forever for what should’ve been a very simple transaction. The entire experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and poorly managed. Customers shouldn’t have to lose this much time because of staff mistakes and broken systems.
