Their curbside pick up Service is Trash. They had me waiting a long time just for me to walk in the store and they have my TV sitting on the side. Why did I order curve pick up if they’re not gonna even put my stuff in the car.

Needed some assistance with a locked Apple iPad that I could not get to respond. Set up a 1220 appointment with the geek squad showed up 20 minutes early. They got me in and out before my appointment time. Overall, they were very helpful, polite, professional, and understanding as this was my son‘s iPad. Would highly recommend them for your technology needs.
Best Buy’s customer service continues to be outstanding. Quinn, the associate that helped us exchange a defective television, was phenomenal. People like him are what make Best Buy great.
