After a not great experience at the Polaris location where no one would help us, we went to the Dublin location where they did amazing with customer service. Ellis was as phenomenal, knowledgeable and friendly. Did a great job helping us get the stove we wanted. 10/10 recommend.
Their AI phone system is stupid. You cant get a hold of anyone. If your gonna rely on a computer and charge high prices my business will go else where. When people call they should be able to get a hold of someone. To many people in that store to not be able to help someone on the phone. Poor service
