Yesterday, I bought a power bank and paid in cash, but they didn't give me a receipt. When I opened the product, the screen was already scratched, and when I tried to charge my phone, a warning popped up saying it was a slow charger.
Less than 24 hours later, I went back to return it, and they told me there was no record of the transaction in their system, so they couldn't issue a refund. How is it possible that the product code isn't registered in their system after paying cash? The female employee who helped me was completely unhelpful, showed zero interest in resolving the issue, and was an absolute disaster. I will never buy here again.
