Confusion with using Best Buy credit card. Apparently if you have not purchased something for a time the card expires & we never received anything to advise us so we had to obtain a new card# to process our transaction and then call Best Buy to have a new card issued. It would be helpful if an expiration date was on the active card or received a notification that we needed to obtain a new card after a specified date.

My friend went to buy a big screen tv on Halloween at the Dublin store .Too many details to post but he was treated so rudely that he literally walked out the store. He’s a well known barber and sees MANY CLIENTS DAILY. I was appalled! I contacted corporate a month ago but NO RESPONSE. We will never shop Best Buy again .
