I went to this location today to buy a PS5 controller and game, the controller I tried to buy was on the controller display but when I went to the counter it was listed as not in stock! The manager or supervisor, Ethan, gave me a cold, unpleasant tone saying it wasn’t in the system even though it was on their sales floor! The controller box had a tear, meaning you can get a discount on it, which I have had before at other Best Buy stores! Meaning I had to buy the other controllers at full price! The cashier was at least friendly though.

Their curbside pick up Service is Trash. They had me waiting a long time just for me to walk in the store and they have my TV sitting on the side. Why did I order curve pick up if they’re not gonna even put my stuff in the car.

Needed some assistance with a locked Apple iPad that I could not get to respond. Set up a 1220 appointment with the geek squad showed up 20 minutes early. They got me in and out before my appointment time. Overall, they were very helpful, polite, professional, and understanding as this was my son‘s iPad. Would highly recommend them for your technology needs.
