We found the service very mediocre. The cashiers were blah and not friendly. We asked for assistance and they said tgey did not have a tape. We were pleasantly surprised when Rasha went out of her way to help us. She is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Kudos to her! . She’s a keeper.

I called to speak to a member of management about my order at the specific place of purchase. Got the run around on the phone via the AI assistant and then got transferred to a customer service help desk that could not put me in contact with the actual store. I got a $3,000 purchase I will now be returning. It’s no wonder this chain is failing. You can’t even call a store directly.
