Called the store and can’t even reach out to someone physically at the store. Uses a ai system then transfers you to someone who can hardly speak English which was very hard to understand. Best Buy’s really downhill for making it so hard to reach the actual store.

Went to store due issue with cell phone, was greeted at door and sent to customer support, after brief wait discussed phone issue. Discovered issue with phone not what originally thought. When attempting to obtain new phone cover store no longer carries cover for S21 ( states to old ). They only suggested Amazon. Overall helpful but not carry supplies.
