How do I check product availability at the Findlay Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Findlay Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

There is black ice at the entrance and the security lady tell us to leave no matter the black ice or she will call the Police. She doesn't undertsnd that there is black ice and a semi truck slips.

I understand there is a policy in place but Best Buy is at fault for telling and selling my wife NCAA 25 for Xbox one when it won’t play on it and it wasn’t made, when in yesterday to talk to manager mind you we were in process of moving and the damn manager wanted to argue with me she didn’t need to argue and Best Buy just lost a loyal customer and I called the “Findlay store number” and Harrison who took my call was even a dick

The worst customer service ever. Have to wait to talk to live agent and then you can’t understand the person. I had so much trouble with an iPad I recently purchased from the Findlay store. No one local from the store to talk to. Had the worst time trying to get help. It was a run around. Will never purchase another item from Best Buy again!!!!
