Grant is an AMAZING advisor! He is incredibly nice, patient, and genuinely knowledgeable about every product we asked about. We came to Best Buy in Grove City to shop for our new home and ended up buying a washer, dryer, TV, fridge and pretty much everything we needed.
What really stood out was that Grant never made us feel pressured to buy anything. He took the time to explain the differences between products, answer all of our questions, and help us figure out what actually worked best for our needs. He made what could have been a stressful shopping trip so easy and enjoyable.
Best Buy should seriously consider giving commission or additional incentives to employees like Grant because he absolutely deserves it! Great employees are the reason customers come back. We specifically chose to purchase everything here because of the service we received from him.
If you’re shopping for appliances, TVs, or anything for your home, I highly recommend coming to Best Buy Grove City and asking for Grant. You won’t be disappointed!

DO NOT USE THE HOME DELIVERY OPTION. This was by far the worst online order experience I have had with any retailer.I saw the notification that my package was delivered ten minutes after they claim the delivery happened. I immediately go to get the item and there is no package anywhere. After having a hard time finding a customer service phone number, the person said I would be able to get a replacement. Few days later they cancelled claiming possible fraud and are also refusing a refund. Very frustrating
