My father and I wanted to buy an Ipad (so since I was working at that time),my father went to Best Buy at 1632 Stringtown Rd Grove City OH 43123 on the 6th of July 2025,to check it out.The salesperson who attended to him was Zameer.Best Buy had a promotion where they were offering a 15% cash back on a purchase over $600,so he began to advise him of the Terms and Conditions in order to avail this feature.Having understood him,my father told him that he will return to buy the Ipad. When we (my father and I)to came back to complete the purchase,Zameer told him that he forget to mention a very important point(pertaining to the 15% cash back in order to avail the cashback) which was definitely a sign of complete unprofessonalism.Although he was reasonably friendly he was definitely not professional and was definitely advising us his customers if/when he remembered various points. There was no template/checklist from which he was reading in order to ensure that he doesn't make any mistakes. When we complained to his manager Keeyan about his unprofessional behaviour,he responded in a very unfriendly, uncaring and insensitive manner and actually ACCUSED MY FATHER OF LYING.It was only at that exact point in time when Zameer admitted that he slipped up,did the manager Keeyan DID A U-TURN and tried to explain very weakly,I must say that it was a mistake on Zameer's part.More than Zameer's unprofessionalism,I DID NOT APPRECIATE AT ALL IN ANY WAY HOW KEEYAN ACCUSED MY FATHER OF LYING WHEN HE WAS NOT!
THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS
This is my favorite store period.

I would avoid this location for TVs. Sales team is clueless, you’d think there would be some level of formal training that goes into beings in a specific electronics department but no, all the information I was told was false. Unfortunately most people buy into the jargon. Sales manager was unfortunately no help either when I brought a question to her.
