First sales rep was great. He gathered what I requested and made reasonable suggestions. After closing the sale, a blonde-haired male with a tag that said supervisor tried to convince me to replace my extra year of protection for $30 more with a subscription service that would be concurrent (meaning I'd only have a year of protection). He also told me the Best Buy card gives 10% off, but it's 10% back in store credit. I ended up returning it all and going to Microcenter, where I found the same goods for $300 less. Silly.

I so regret not catching their names- the gentlemen at geek squad with glasses and two other guys working on the floor were so so kind and helpful! I had a computer issue and they helped me find the most affordable replacement and were 10/10 nice and helpful.
