Went into this store today for a laptop. They had a dell laptop for 260.00 then came to checkout was 550. I said um the tag shows for 260. He went grabbed someone and the young kid scan qr code and I did both showed up on our phone 260. Then said oh that wrong tag it our mistake. Instead honoring it this one time for their wrong price tag labeling on shelf they lost a customer who been loyal customer who family n I shop their bc their program get free warranty. I bought tvs from them a lot have bought 75 inch tv there before to phones to watches. This rub me wrong way as loyal customer and who previous work in there for sales companies

1. Reps should be IN THE UNITED STATES!
2. Reps should SPEAK ENGLISH as their First Language!
3. U.S. Customers should be able to call a LOCAL STORE without “AI” Stupidity!

I purchased a TV a few months ago reluctantly knowing the price would drop when newer models were released. I also purchased a plus plan that guarantees a refund on the difference if it does drop. They honored the lower price and happy to have not waited for the price drop

The two Best Buys I have been to lately, the shelves have been low on inventory. Or you have to pick up a card and take it to a customer service counter. Ask the Blue shirts.
