Terrible Customer Service
I bought two new computers from Best Buy and paid for the yearly Geek Squad warranty that was supposed to cover everything. When the computers started having issues, Best Buy refused to exchange them.
They also charged me a $29 service fee that I was never told about when I bought the warranty. This feels misleading and dishonest. The warranty did not work as promised, and customer service was no help at all.
Very disappointed. I would not recommend Geek Squad or Best Buy.

Online and phone customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. 4 hours, 8 agents and still no resolution. Save yourself the blood pressure - either go in person or stick to Amazon
Worst Buy did not deliver the TV on the scheduled date, no communication on why. Then you are on hold indefinitely on the phone. Later they said they would provide a credit due to the inconvenience and completely went back on this after the fact. Once you pay, they do not care about any issues or inconvenience you have. Shop elsewhere, not Worst Buy.
