Couldn't get a single person to help me with the purchase of a $350 smartwatch, even when we asked for someone so I ordered online while in the store. waited quite a while before approaching the pick up counter and encountering what was the second most unhelpful, arrogant employees who told me I would just have to wait until the app notifies me it was ready for pick up while simultaneously engaging one of the 4 other employees standing around on their phones. This may will be the last time I ship at best buy and most certainly the last time at this location.
update: after waiting nearly 2 hours, the app informed me that the watch I wanted which they supposedly have two of was no longer available at this location and allowed me to select a different location. location so I selected the reynoldsburg store just to have the same experience.
whatever happened to the day when you could just go to the store and buy something and they could tell you right there whether or not they had it in stock?
order cancelled.
