I had the worst experience with this Best Buy store, I paid for the Smart Glasses and additionally a protection plan for the Smart Glasses, I requested to use the protection plan for the Smart Glasses and Best Buy sent me an empty sealed box, I made the police report and also my bank report, and even so Best Buy they have not returned the Smart Glasses and the protection plan that I paid, this can happen to another Best Buy customer, that can’t happen with a large store like Best Buy the worst experience I do not recommend this Best Buy store to anyone else, this can happen to another Best Buy customers very unpleasant!
