I went to purchase a monitor for .y game systems. I wasn't greeted by employees. Went to the monitor section and stood there for 10 minutes before someone came to help and than he said i will get someone who knows more . Stood there for 2 minutes a guy saw my waved me off and walked away to the front. Another was stocking when i walked back still didn't help me and another was checking someone out kept he way too busy . Finally the person who was stocking help and didn't seem to know where the item was . I didn't ask questions took the monto the front to check out other customers were complaining of the wait time and no helped them . I got home and didn't like the monitor the monitor screw didn't screw into the stand and i was afraid to monitor and it didn't have speaker or outlet. Went back to the store and i couldn't find the receipt. I told the cashier twice i was already here earlier. So happy i had a digital receipt. Kept saying i didn't purchase this here. Manager helped . I will not be back. I will drive to another best buy or somewhere else where they actually care to help.

Service was a bit slow. I went to pick up a security camera for my brother and although between the time he ordered it to the time we walked in, it was 45-55 minutes since he first called. It wasn't ready. Thing is literally HALF the size of a kitten and these "youngsters" gave us ½ enthusiastic excuses as to why it wasn't ready. We ended up waiting another ½ hour before it was "picked". I know it's the holidays and they are busy at times, but an hour and 15-an hour an hour and 25 minutes to pick one item that maybe weighed a pound.

I have been going to Best Buy for car speakers for the last 20 years. I have been to the location in Hamiltucky several times over the past few years to get work done on my speakers. This last experience with them has been an absolute JOKE. I came in to get a simple speaker replacement. The guy who worked on my car, Shawn pretty much completely ruined my sound system. Shawn is the longest working audio tech in the area and he said that he has no idea what is wrong with my car, but when I came there to get the speakers replaced that was the only issue that I was dealing with. I have been back there 5 times since then. I literally just left, and my audio is still not right. There is a manager there named Hollie who wears a jean jacket and jeans everyday. I spoke with them about the issue and there was absolutely ZERO done about it as if there was not a care in the world. Derrick is another manager that I spoke with there. He has a dirty beard and beady eyes. He is also totally useless and has no idea how to handle customer service issues at all. The other audio tech that works in the garage doing installs literally looks like the Hob Goblin from the spider man cartoons. He seems to be in a mountain dew and uppers induced trance at all times, but he is a horrible person as well who has zero customer service acumen whatsoever and treats paying customers as though he is not at work. There are serious issue with this location all around and something should be done. I have tried to file a formal complaint against this store but Best Buy does not even have an appropriate customer service number. You can call any store and they will send you to a call center somewhere outside of the US. Best Buy is GARBAGE, but if you can steer VERY clear of the Hamiltucky location. It is full of people pretending to be at work who have NO IDEA what they are doing or how to address customer issues. Throw that whole part of town away.
