We had Caleb as our Geek Squad tech for my Apple phone that had problems. He wasn’t able to fix it, because the diagnostics said nothing was wrong. But he really worked with us trying to fix the problems. And there is definitely problems. They just don’t show up in the diagnostics. But that is not his fault. He was very personable, and very apologetic, that he couldn’t give me a new phone.

My friend recently ordered a microphone from you, but the package was sent to the wrong address. We have tried calling multiple times with no answer. This lack of communication and the delivery error are completely unacceptable. Please provide an immediate update on how you plan to fix this... Is bc my friend is mexican? Hope not
