Not one person greeted me nor assisted in helping me find product in store so after 20 mins of wandering around in circles I left and just ordered it online. Best Buy associates used to be very helpful.

I would’ve given this a one star, but I don’t want to punish the employees that were not involved. It was Black Friday 2024. The ps5 pro was released just before this date. At the time it was priced at $699.99. I walked in around the very moment they opened that morning. I walked in and found a nice hdmi cord and then asked for the pro. An employee walked me to the display case and said that they had them up front near the register. I asked the register employee if he could grab me a ps5 pro. (Now understand that everyone working there was stressed to the bone) Understandable. He brings me a ps5 pro from behind this tall rack they had in the back and it looked like it was run over by a truck. The box was opened. It was dirty. I said no. I’m not buying that. I want a NEW ps5 pro. The manager walked up because he overheard the conversation and said that they had to get rid of these ones first. I said no. I said there’s Brand New Ps5 Pros in that display case right there. Why can’t I have one of those? He walked away frustrated. The cashier just sat there looking confused and walks back to the rack and grabs ANOTHER busted up looking ps5 pro. He said this one is better. It wasn’t. The tape was cut and it was opened. Out of frustration I said, “ are you guys serious right now?” The manager walked over in total frustration and hands the cashier a set of keys and says, “ run over and grab him one out of the display case. Quickly! Hurry! “ There was no one else behind me in line. I knew what I was there for and I was quick about it. Ultimately the situation was embarrassing and in my opinion unprofessional. The manager made me feel embarrassed for something they were trying to rip people off for. When I left I felt crappy also knowing that the next father who walks in to buy something for himself or his kids, and they’re going to offer him busted up merch on Black Friday of all days. They could have dressed it up a bit better. Maybe taped the box and wiped them off. Idk. I haven’t been back since because to be honest. I don’t trust that kind of behavior.
