Geek Squad was finally successful the second trip. The first guy thought my device was defective, but it seemed to be sporadically working. Jesse, the second young man totally solved the problem after he had to investigate just HOW to activate my device. Yay! Much appreciated‼️I did NOT have to ship my item back. It WAS okay and is now working. YAY‼️Thanks Jesse‼️👍😁

Workers are friendly but I don't trust Best Buy as a company anymore. I bought a "Certified" refurbished "Excellent" iPhone from them and the battery capacity was 65% the day I picked it up. They wanted to charge me $100 to replace the battery even though they advertised it as being certified and excellent.
