Holland, OH store report. Line outside for Pokemon cards Saturday morning 1/3/26. Guy and his kid were first in line in 20 degree weather. Store opens at 10am and we all walk in, about 7 of us, no boxes, just a few packs. I walked into the middle of the store and saw an employee with a Pokemon box (the only box that was in stock) walking through the store with it in a bag. He had shaggy black hair and a geek squad polo on. He was trying not to be seen by anyone clearly with how fast he was walking. He tried walking to the back door of the store and saw some people that were in line go back there so he turned around and very quickly walked back up front through another employee area by the TV/Home theater section. Allowing your employees to purchase in demand items before the store opens is wrong, especially considering it was the ONLY item they got that wasn't a $5 single pack. Customers are waiting outside in cold and getting stiffed, especially since the guy had his kid with him in the front of the line and that probably would have made that kids week to get that box. I don't mind employees buying stuff as long as there's enough to go around but to take the only one before open is garbage.
What can I say is best buy
