Purchased a new appliance, which, when unpacked at home, was defective. Although attempts to reach the store were fruitless, the return visit to the store was met with excellent customer service. The product was replaced, AND the associate (without being asked) presented us with an "inconvenience discount" beyond what was anticipated. Well done!!
Called about a TV repair and through a friendly customer service ended up getting a tv for a lesser cost of the repair.
