Super disappointed with the experience in store today. I went in wanting to purchase some meta glasses and get some info. After asking 2 employees for help and standing at the display case for over 20 mins (I stood there just watching the time waiting) I finally got 2 employees who walked over together. They asked which ones I wanted and I explained I would like to see the colors, different lenses they had, and styles. Instead of showing me what they had in person the employee pulled up the options on the website. Employee wouldn’t even open the display case for me until I picked a pair out to purchase, which defeats the whole purpose of going in store. Especially when I’m looking at purchasing $500 glasses. My fiancé bought his pair there last week with no issues. Customer service was awful. I was so excited to purchase and ended up walking away from the sale (and purchasing at LensCrafters where the employees were more than willing to help me pick out a pair and show me in person the inventory.) After walking away from display case I didn’t even want to purchase the Ninja slushy we had sitting at the counter. We did complete that purchase and left. Not sure I’ll want to make any more large purchases at this store due to how unhelpful employees were. It also should not take asking 2 separate employees for help and then not get any help for 20 mins, when we heard employees call over headset that assistance was needed at the display case. So I was already irritated at that point but then to not even allow me to see the glasses in person to make a decision was crazy. Pure laziness from the employees cost yall a $500 sale today. And wasted my time.

Lots of workers that seem like they to much time on their hands. Had a hard time getting anyone to help us.
