Bought an Asus laptop Sept.4, 2024. It stopped working and was returned on July 29, 2025. Besybuy did nothing until I contacted through chat on Aug. 19. They lost it in their system on new work orders My grandson has no computer to start colege in 5 days and they will not help. Been a customer for 30 years but no more!!

I want to give a big shout out to the young man named AJ who helped me with the purchase of 2 chromebooks. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable on the chromebooks. I’m not very tech savvy but he showed me a few tricks to find stuff on the Chromebook.
The name speaks for itself except being a member I still hafta pay for insulation just for them to mount my projector after paying so much for the items I bought that’s the bad side of it
