I purchased a $3000 refrigerator it was delivered but the GeekSquad was supposed to install the new hose! This was at 9:30am
NO ONE SHOWED UP TO INSTALL!!!
I was given the window of 1:44pm
I called 6 different numbers 4 went to India !!
No one would set up an appointment for the next day. I was treated as if it was my fault.
I had reps. Hang up on me, argue with me refuse to let me speak with a supervisor , or give me a new appointment!! Went to the store that I purchased it from. They now go through a third party and couldn’t help me !!
When I finally got a decent rep he couldn’t give me an appointment until July 5th !! 4 days later
DO NOT EVER USE OR BEST BUY’S GEEK SQUAD !!! THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD!! I’m a manger with 40 years experience
I would never treat a customer the way I was treated EVER !!!

They Wouldn’t honor Zaag screen protector replacement. They had a cheaper one in stock but not the exact same one, so I was forced to buy a new one. They wouldn’t let me just get the cheapier one an honor the lifetime warranty. I have had 4 replaced in the last 3 years and never had an issue at any Best Buy besides this one.
