Joke of a store. Stuff mislabeled and in the wrong area. The answer I received from what I assume was the manager was "sometimes they jusy put it up as overstock". Do better, id rather drive to ann arbor.
Worst Best Buy I've ever been in. These people working were sharing videos with each other in a group and helping Noone. I'd fire management and replace every person that worked there.

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I have received. I have personally emailed the manager, Jeremy, asking for feedback to no avail. My family has spent over $10,000 at Best Buy in 2025 alone, are Best Buy Total Rewards Customers (which is a costly annual charge) and have not been treated well. I have also called corporate Best Buy. I was promised return calls the past 2 days.. nothing. I purchased a monitor that they have had well over a week for repairs. They have still have yet to review it, per the last rep I spoke to. I'm highly dissatisfied which is a shame. Best Buy used to have tremendous customer service which is the main reason why I shopped there. Looks like Amazon is my new choice to do business
