An associate asked if I needed any help promptly but after asking for assistance finding something they left and didn't return. Another associate asked if I needed help and I told them it had been a while since the previous associate left me and the told me to keep waiting. After 45 minutes, I gave up on waiting for them and left.

Absolute.worst customer service I have ever experienced. You are told your order will be ready in an hour, one hour turns into the next day... maybe.. that's AFTER waiting in the store for over an hour. You also.can not speak to an associate, you are put on hold, transferred to a call center, transferred to god only knows where and then no one picks up.
