Instead of 5 people standing at the front talking to each other offer to help and show people product. Asked a question and he said idk. Be fr dude. Helped an elderly couple get a tv in there car while they stand there. Have some common courtesy.

Best Buy Has Random Trading Cards And Legos. I buy them, Otherwise, Be Mindful of Online OpenBox Discount Action!! Search via best buys website for location. ($ave Money!) Most of the time, someone took the outer jacket of a box off. Blam. DISCOUNT! #mayc11k

Purchased an iPad, Apple Pencil pro, glass protector and iPad case for my daughter’s birthday. Several hundred dollars worth of equipment. Went to return/swap the case as I accidentally picked the wrong size out. Their return policy is only 15 days unless you pay mega corp $50/year to have “extended return” window. Explained the situation to the manager he said no return, no exceptions. The case was only $24, in original packaging and unused. I was going to purchase another item in the store that we needed but not anymore. Best Buy has lost my business from here on. 15 day return is crazy short. Amazon does 30-60 day return windows and you don’t need a “membership” to qualify for that. I also don’t need to drive to the store to buy or return. Back to Amazon for purchases like this. Huge L for Best Buy.
