Great store in a great location with very knowledgeable employees! We needed a new computer system and employee Sparky helped us there. Then he took us to Geek Squad where Nolan & Eli helped us there. Such a wonderful difference from other stores! We won't forget these fabulous employees working at a very customer-based attitude! Kudos to all!
Had a meta quest with a defect in the lens. Also was giving the wrong laptop on Black Friday by accident. The Best Buy team was very helpful and fast exchanging and geting me what i needed. Everything was fixed no problems. Thank you.
Worst shopping experience I’ve had in a very long time! I have made several purchases from this store in the past month for Christmas. Now when I had an issue with one of the items after Christmas, Best Buy tells me they will not help me with my order because it’s been over 14 days since my purchase. WOW, I will not be spending money here again. Avoid at all costs!
