How do I check product availability at the Spring Meadows Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

Shouldn’t even give 1 star. Just ordered a washer and dryer set last week. It was delivered today. The people that delivered it left garbage all over the laundry room and refused to flip the dryer door without $75 extra. Called Best Buy and they do not care one bit. We have been geek squad members for 8 years or more. The last time we ordered a set from them we had no issues at all. The person on the phone was absolutely rude and hung up on us twice. I promise you have lost a customer for sure. Geek squad will be cancelled and we have absolutely no problem going elsewhere for anything that your store carries. We have spent so much money at this store and never have been treated this way. The delivery person was rude as well. Yes we are only 1 customer but this experience will be shared with many. I will also be completely closing my credit card and I will not walk into Best Buy again.

Visited the Holland store to buy a monitor. Justin was awesome with everything. He answered our many questions we had and then searched high and low for the monitor we purchased. It was the last one in stock and hard to find but he didn’t give up. Thank you and your team for going above and beyond to help us.

Ordered an iPad and the box was covered in greasy fingerprints. The outside of the box looks like somebody was eating Kentucky Fried Chicken while packaging it up. Not professional. Not a great look to give as a gift.
A customer support agent named Mera asked if the box was damaged which I said the fingerprints look like they stained the box and the corners were dented. She then asked me to open the box to make sure the iPad was fine and as soon as I said yes she said I couldn't have a refund and now can't return it. Dirty trick.
