I was banned from Best Buy in Lancaster for buying a router. Said they refuse to sell to me after I gave them my phone number for using my Best Buy Rewards and then the manager told me I’m not allowed back into their store. So I went to Reynoldsburg and purchased the item instead. Since this horrific customer service experience (the call center person said the district manager would call me. I’ve been waiting 6 months for a call back) I can purchase everywhere else like Reynoldsburg, Morse Rd., Polaris and Tuttle Mall without a problem. Asking the reps at the other store locations (who know me since I purchase from all other stores frequently) they laughed and told me to never go there again. And usually the manager of Lancaster is pretty cool. Guess he wasn’t that day. Hence the 1 star review.
