Worst customer service and delivery of any store I’ve ever experienced. 2 days before delivery they cancel and I have to reschedule and wait for another 2 weeks. All together waiting a month for an oven delivery and install. Then for my inconvenience no adjustments/discounts given on oven or delivery/install fee. Will never buy anything from Worst Buy ever again.

The extra star is for the workers at Best Buy who seemed to me all honest, decent, capable people. The corporation is an entirely other matter. This company sold me a computer that didn't work and it took a good deal of time and effort for this to be remedied because the in-store and online staff do not have the power to make the most fundamental decisions to correct mistakes. Then, in gratitude to the staff member who finally remedied that issue, I stupidly bought a service plan that, in the end, provided no service at all. Instead, it wasted much more of my time and resources. After all this, Best Buy corporation only refunded me a tiny portion of the cost. Lesson learned. Beware.
