I do not enjoy going to a store and being harassed the entire time by its employees. Went with my 14yr old son and as soon as we walked in we were approached by an employee and even though we told them multiple times we knew where we were going and what we were getting they still followed us around harassing us. This isn't the first time but will be the last. I'd rather drive 30mins away to microcenter than to go back to this store. I'm sure my family will feel the same way. No excuses for this.

Staff was very helpful. It took a minute to find someone at first but very helpful. So glad I kept my receipt. Only a fourteen day return policy. Lol

As someone who used to work at Best Buy, if I could give this place a 0, I would have Place is full of racist and rude people I went to the store to buy a camera accessory. I did plenty research before going in but couldn’t find the answer. Went there and was looking up something up on my phone standing in front of the camera accessories section. Multiple employees approached me and I said I was just looking and that I would let them know if I needed help. 15mins in, I ask one of the employees about the camera accessory and he tried to help but didn’t know much. I continued my research, still on my phone 15minutes later one of the guys approaches me and goes “Hey man a few different people have approached you already and you said you didn’t need any help. They were just wondering if you’re gonna buy something.” I asked “Is there an issue?”. He says “No man you have the backpack on and haven’t bought anything or talked to anyone” I just go “If you’re suspicious, you can check my bag on the way out. If you want me out of the store, I’ll be out in 5mins” He goes “No it’s nothing like that uhhh-“ and then didn’t say anything and just walked away Shame on you people for being disgustingly racist and rude
