Ide like to agree with a few other people on here . First time going to a Best Buy and will be my last. I was new to the Area just recently moved and wanted to look at tvs . As soon as I walk in I’m swormed with employees asking me what brought me in and what I wanted . I said I’m just wanting to look around and see what they had and that ide order online if I wanted anything. They harassed me and my fiancé for an hour about buying a tv, mind you only picking out the most expensive ones they can find . About had my finance in tears and all. Then the employees proceeded to get one of the managers and he kept bothering us until he got to the point of screaming at us and asking why we wanted to wait and why we wasted there time . This is insane . Thanks for nothing Mathew

My wife and I were just picking up a few cards and 3 employees were standing next to us talking to each other and following us. So disrespectful to think we’re were stealing. Never again.

Bought a tv that was marked as open box excellent and it was far from it. The tv was missing the box, instructions, legs, and the remote was covered in grease. I got the thing home cause it was wrapped in bubble wrap at the store and it had 11417 hours on it. They sold me a very used tv. 475 days of being on missing parts, gross remote. DO NOT BUY OPEN BOX FROM THIS STORE. Customer service is gone. They insist it is excellent even after I complained.
