Ordered a watch for pickup and last minute didn't want to go into the store. The app allowed me to change pickup status and they brought it right to my car. It was a great experience

It's a best buy. Exactly what you expect. Staff was friendly
Order a TV from amazing on Prime Day. It was shipped to our local Best Buy. Pick up was a breeze because customer service was quick and efficient. They even loaded it into our van.
Bought a tv and mount to have installed. On appointment day the service was scheduled for btw 1:30-5:30 pm. At approximately 10 am I received a call and the tech let me know he would be assisting another tech but would be there in 45, 10:45. At or around 10:40 got another call from a tech, Kenny tech the first call/tech was assisting. He said he was 45 min away. I told him I couldn’t make an 11:30 time slot but could after 1230. He quickly and abruptly said “you agreed to a 7-7 installment window” of which is correct at time of purchase but like most business the window narrows closer to delivery/install. In this case 130-530. Alarmed and frustrated because I had tentatively agreed ti the earlier appt/call from tech at around 10:40. I was not being told 11:30 and its was essential my fault I couldn’t make the 1130 appointment. In all transparency I did curtly suggest Kenny get his facts together and let me know when he and whom would be there, within the window previously communicated not the one at time of sale. I followed up to just simply have the tv dropped off and I’d have the tv installed by another provider at which point shortly there after I received a text my order had been cancelled. Don’t know Kenny from Adam but would suggest some coaching in the customer service department. Will not be using Best Buy install services from this store.
