If I could do 0 stars I would geek squad is some of the most incompetent people I’ve ever met I had to drive back and fourth for a week here my pc was not working they said it was this problem spent 600 plus membership so around 800 next day stoped working no refund compensation nothing on the contract I signed says otherwise may have to get involved on that one tried to make me pay 300 more I said nope I’m taking it somewhere else I knew the motherboard was the problem they said no now it is the problem bffr a bunch of discord mods that apparently know nothing

Purchased (03/14/25) an "open box" tv and it is supposed to have all the contents as a "new" tv. However, batteries for the remote were missing. If that's how they are going to be, then they need to increase the discount on "open box" items.

This review is for an online order ...thought I'd give Best Buy a chance instead of always ordering from Amazon. What a joke. Ordered expensive earbuds and they arrived in a shoddy shipping box with no packing materials left to bounce around. Even had a crappy tape job. If you asked a 4 year old to pack a box, this is how it'd look. Won't purchase from them again as they obviously don't value my money I spent.
