Tim the manager is so rude and unprofessional. Just literally argued with me in front of my child all because he don’t know how to do his job. Don’t go to this store he’s unpleasant and think he above the world cause he a manager at Best Buy .
Just spent over $2000 for a new computer, printer, Geek Squad etc. Will be purchasing a new wifi system with installation also that will be about $600. Was told when I bought the new iMac that in could bring the old one in for recycling. Brought in in today and had to pay $30 for recycling. No mention of that when I asked prior. There was no negotiation on their part. Great way tom treat a customer. By the way the Geek Squad guy was EXCELLENT. To the owner who asked me to respond on social media, I don't do social media. If you want to contact me you have my info on record form the sale. it's not the $30 it's the way this was not communicated and then the" that's the price to recycle" it at your store. Thorough communication is the key to a content customer and it did not happen.
