Terrible service waited an hour and wasnt even close to talking to a human. Save your time no point in using these services.

Bought an $1800 tv for it to come shattered. The driver dropped it in the front driveway and then refused to bring it past our front door. Once it was taken back, the manager refused to speak to me about the situation “simply nothing can be done”. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be buying another TV from here.

Ayden M at geek squad support is the most amazing guy ever. He helped me when a different best buy wouldn’t and told me they could do nothing. He helped me so much and deserves a raise!!!
Manager said they don’t have district managers, which isn’t true…just looked them up online. Also, if your review team’s response is going be “get a social media account and leave us more lousy feedback there, otherwise we won’t help you”, that’s such poor service. For shame. Do better.
