Worst customer service as far as Northeast Ohio goes. Just drive the extra 20 minutes to microcenter or another location. You will be met with more young kids than they seem to know what to do with all chatting about the sales floor laughing and giggling. When asked about any general information you will be met with mumbles and phones with the best buy app being pulled out. If you come to best buy and expect professionalism and expertise do not come here.

Just your standard Best Buy. The employees here seem more helpful than those at other Best Buys. I would definitely recommend coming here if you have questions about a product or need advice on something you're planning on buying. Their selection is the same as a standard Best Buy, so you'll likely find what you're looking for here, too.
