Ayden M at geek squad support is the most amazing guy ever. He helped me when a different best buy wouldn’t and told me they could do nothing. He helped me so much and deserves a raise!!!
Manager said they don’t have district managers, which isn’t true…just looked them up online. Also, if your review team’s response is going be “get a social media account and leave us more lousy feedback there, otherwise we won’t help you”, that’s such poor service. For shame. Do better.
The Geek Squad rep was courteous and took care of my computer problems. He also took time to answer my computer questions.
Terrible customer service. Employees have no clue. Especially this guy named Raja
