I've had bad experiences here. I hate writing bad reviews because it's not about this branch, but rather about Best Buy itself.
Beware of their "free haul away and set up"...it kick starts 193.00 yearly fee to be a "best buy member". It goes on indefinitely (watch out Grandma!).
When I asked them for a refund because I was unaware of that charge, he said he couldn't do anything and if if bothered me that much, I should "hire a lawyer so it doesn't happen to the next person".
My buddy is a lawyer and so we're talking, but I'm hoping that there's a class action that maybe I can just benefit from.
