Tim the manager is so rude and unprofessional. Just literally argued with me in front of my child all because he don’t know how to do his job. Don’t go to this store he’s unpleasant and think he above the world cause he a manager at Best Buy .
They don’t know what “preordering” means. I preordered Pokopia to HAVE IT ON RELEASE DAY. They failed to reserve my copy, customer service basically told me too bad, and now it’s arriving late. NEVER PREORDER ANY GAME FROM BEST BUY. They will fail you.
